I found this shop on Facebook and was interested in seeing what they had. I was looking for a Windows 11 PC tower. I sent them a message and had a quick reply. The shop was only a few miles away at Boldon Colliery, So I had a drive over. Three young lads working there knew what they we are doing and answered my questions. There was some lovely machines there at great prices. So anyone looking for a great reconditioned and new Towers this is the place to visit.

Fantastic service. 5***** Our company, Monarch Home Improvements recently had Integrity Computers to replace and overhaul our computer system which was well overdue. The exchange was seamless and the lads were excellent - from Jon coming to see us to Jack who set the system up to minimise any disruption in service on the day. Since then we have added another PC to our system and again faultless. Any teething problems on our side we hasten to add were dealt with swiftly. We really can't speak highly enough about this company. In these strange times it's nice to keep it local and in doing so we found our perfect IT partner. Thank you.

Unbelievable service from these guys. Went in when the battery on my phone was knackered. Fixed it no issue same day. Unfortunately they accidentally knocked the WiFi antenna and after inspection of it offered me a replacement of the phone. Can't thank them enough for a quality quality service. Very friendly too, cannot fault.

i went in with a problem on my existing Dell lap top, convinced i knew what the problem was. How wrong I was.
a quick in depth check soon pointed to the PROBLEMS. Basically it was past it, workable, but past it. The expert advice and conversations soon identified my next step - a replacement. I stress there was no hard sell, infact they aimed at a lower spec. However, I decided if I was changing I would go for the best on offer.
They then gave me a great deal trading my old one in. Finally they transferred all info and installed a office package. Very professional service from walking in to coming out. Only negative no coffee out of their flash machine. although these covid days not recommended anyway. Recommend a visit to these guys anyday!

Took my friends iPhone to get fixed today. Customer Service was fab and phone was fixed by the time we'd finished shopping in Asda. (wasn't even a big shop!) Amazing price and I was also given the peace of mind knowing if there's any problems I could go straight back. Thanks y'all

I literally cannot praise Jon and his team more for sorting out my email problems. For months, I have made several visits to the Apple store to get to the bottom of my mail issues but Paul at Integrity sorted it out in one visit. Took my laptop here after damaging my screen and also asked for a good clean up. Laptop is running like new! Much faster than before and my new screen is as good as new, will defo be taking the laptop back to Integrity Computers again and be recommending! Great customer service also!
