The display of a Dell Inspiron 3502 became smashed up, so I took the laptop to Diamond Computers on Monday Morning, expecting to get it back perhaps in a day or two. I was asked to show up about an hour after delivering it to the shoppe, and got it back repaired already - total repair time thus just about an hour. And the repair was cheaper than I had anticipated. Hence I am very pleased and can only recommend this repair facility indeed.

Excellent repair shop, my laptop was so slow. Replaced the HDD for an SSD and copied all my data across, its now super fast and hopefully with give me a few more years for uni work.

Terrible place, dropped off my lap top 2 weeks ago and was told it would be ready in a few days. two weeks later when I chased the manager said it was still in the queue and be ready in a few days I asked why the first time estimate was incorrect and he said he never gave time estimates !!???? When I pointed out he had just done this twice .. he suggested that I go elsewhere

My laptop was so slow I was literally going to throw it out the window haha I've met the owner of the shop at the gym Aaron recommended to put new ssd drive(didn't have ssd b4) and fresh install of windows 11(previously had 10) Literally it's so much faster its not even funny Can't recommend enough Very professional also fast turn around at very reasonable price Thank buddy

Grateful for the help from the shop, they have a unique service that allows you to recover items from a hard drive, but if unrecoverable they won't charge you. They always give good advice so it was nice they installed an SSD hard drive on my iMac giving it a new lease of life. Thank you!

Highly recommended. Diagnosed unusual fault quickly and found like-for-like replacement parts for an older PC. I'm pretty tech savvy and built original PC myself, but felt that they completed the repair faster and for a better price than I could have managed, and improved the HDD mounting while they were at it.. They're also very honest - they explained they'd had a problem reinstalling the existing ram during the repair and returned broken and unused parts. Will use again and recommend to others
