Brilliant service. Used Base several times now. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. Service is quick to. Just can't fault them. Have recommended to friends and they now use them. So few companies like this left, they deserve your patronage to keep going. Once used you wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.

My 9 year old PC was totally dead and blue screening me. I tried everything to get it going with no success so I started looking at new PCs until I saw the prices. I found Base Computer Services on the internet and as they were local I thought I'd give them a try and I'm very glad I did. Steve diagnosed a dead hard drive which he replaced with a modern solid state one, he also diagnosed and rectified a couple of smaller issues.

With perseverance he even managed to recover my data from the dead drive for me. My PC is now like a new machine, fast & silent and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Base Computer Services to anyone with computer issues.

Fantastic computer service, they did a extremely clean and tidy build with my parts that I had bought in a new case. I couldn't be happier with my new PC. The cost of the amount of work that was carried out was excellent.

Despite very high level of demand and thanks to their consummate professionalism updating me on the progress of the job at hand I felt re-assured to use their service any time I require similar assistance in future.

I always use this shop for my printing documents,this occasion i was very shocked to be charged 50p per sheet a big jump from the normal price and without any warning. I went to the local post-office which is only up the road and price is still 20p per copy.
sadly will not be using them again and will stick with the local post office.

Fantastic service at a great price! Steve did a great job fixing my old PC, including sourcing a used replacement for the obsolete graphics board. Friendly and knowledgeable service, amazingly fast, incredible price. Will certainly use this company again and recommend to anybody who need a computer repair or custom build.

Went above and beyond to help me with my issue, even though it ended up just being my uni accommodation internet that's the problem they still spent hours trying to diagnose it, and when I offered to give them some money for their time, they refused. Definitely coming back if I need help with computer parts etc.

This is a little gem- James who works here is great. They have fixed my son's PC a number of times, reliable service and reasonably priced.

At Eltham Warren Golf Club we have been using Base Computers for a number of years. They have recently installed a complete office network system here at the Club, which is big enough to cope with the demands placed upon us in this age of technology and communication, but at a price that permits us to have the most suitable and up-to-date equipment for our needs.
