Jonathan was so helpful at sorting out my computer problem quickly, so that I didn't have to be away from my work lifeline for longer than a day. My mac is as fast as a new computer now - fantastic! Thanks to Countryside Computers!

Jonathan diagnosed the problem with my PC, ordered and fitted a new SSD and then updated me to Win10 and Office 365. Some done through his remote software and some done on-site but all done with efficiency and full explanation. On top of that Jonathan is a very pleasant chap to deal with and instils confidence in the work he is doing and the advice he is giving. I can recommend him to anyone who is looking for PC support - a great example of a small business owner providing a personal service.

He was friendly, reliable, proactive, talked "me speak" not techy speak (well not too often!) was unbelievably speedy and knowledgeable and reliable too. On time. Responsive. Absolutely superb service. Always willing to help, even with remote software + on this occasion, set up my replacement computer & transferred everything I asked to be saved from my old poorly one. He is also a good teacher, explaining things in strait forward language that I felt able to understand - "most" of the time. :

On this occasion he reacted quickly to my request for help - I am a geriatric IT novice - visited me in my home and quickly sorted out my E-mail problem by switching me to a much better system, explaining each step as he proceeded. I cannot speak too highly of the service he provides.

Brilliant service from Jonathan in rescuing my crashed laptop. Took receipt on Saturday morning and returned restored and cleaned-up on Monday. Life saver!
