Helpful and honest. We sent our laptop to be fixed and they helped us determine whether it was still in warranty before taking on the job in order to save us money. Very much appreciated!

Really great service- looked at my broken laptop the very next day, kept me informed the whole way through and very reasonable charges. Highly recommended and will now be my first call for any issues (rather than waste 10hrs of my life with Microsoft “help” desk)!
