My laptop turned off randomly and didn't turn back on again. Dan quickly sourced the problem, being a faulty motherboard, went above and beyond sourcing a replacement. Dan in Bristol recovered some data from a broken harddrive for me that contained hours of precious music that I've collected over years. Through no fault of his own the extraction had a couple of hiccups and took a bit longer than planned but Dan communicated this throughout really clearly and went the extra mile to get it done. He dropped the hard drive off To me when it was done and offered me some recommendations for how I can look after my data better going forwards. Great local service that I would 100% use again

I gave Dan my laptop mid November with a dodgy connection on the screen. Long story short 120 later I got my laptop back in April with alot more problems than when I gave it to him. The Battery won't keep its charge and was fine when I gave it to him. Dont trust this guy he is a massive con artist!

He and his colleague kept my laptop for about two months, charged me 55 and return it to me with a faulty laptop. You can see the photo that I shared here. They are so rude and insulted me and my family and texted racists messages! They are scammers. One star is too much for them!

Dan fixed my laptop after I accidentally stepped on the keyboard and broke the hard drive. Laptop was fixed quickly and was upgraded so now it feels like a new machine. All at a very reasonable price! Couldn't be happier. Professional and friendly service too. Would definitely recommend!
