Absolutely amazed by the service Ian provides! He instantly knew what was wrong with our laptop and quickly identified the best solution. We had originally bought a laptop that wasnt quite suitable, but Ian upgraded the necessary parts and turned it into a fully working machine. Were over the moon with how fast he completed the work, and his pricing was very reasonable. Couldnt be happier highly recommend!

My son Aaron has a gaming PC that his brother built for him, but after a year it started having problems constant Trojan warnings through Windows, shutting down, and running with lag. As Aaron has ASD, he was getting really upset with it, so I contacted Iain at Computopia for help.
Iain was absolutely fantastic. He took the PC in and had it completed the very next day. He fixed all the wiring, gave it a proper clean, did a fresh start, and returned it running perfectly. Not only that, but he took the time to sit with Aaron, answer all of his many questions, and chat with him about computers which meant the world to Aaron, as he has such a big interest in them.
Iain was so patient and kind, and the difference hes made has been huge. Aaron is over the moon, and so am I. From now on, we will only go to Iain hes brilliant at what he does and truly cares about his customers.

Iain resolved a software issue on my laptop that was preventing another piece of software from installing and running which I needed urgently to complete a project. He answered my initial query quickly, and we arranged a next day repair which was fantastic. Very proffesional setup, Iain also carried out some additional system checks and updates while he had my machine. Very reasonable charge for works carried out. I'm extremely pleased and grateful for the service received, I would not hesitate to use again and will recommend to anybody else having computer woes!

I can't recommend Iain highly enough and can only wish that all businesses operated with the same high level of honesty and integrity. Iain's communication was first class and he kept me updated regularly with progress in obtaining the parts for my laptop, he completed the repair quickly and the price I paid (which was very reasonable) was the one he quoted (no unexpected extras appearing!). Absolutely first class service!

The hinges on my laptop had cracked and so the top started to separate from the keyboard. I contacted Computopia and found Iain who was amazing. He understood the problem and resolved it very quickly. He ordered the parts and reconstructed the laptop within a couple of days so it is as good as new. A really nice friendly man to deal with and reasonably priced. I thoroughly recommend him .
