How does the mail-in repair process work?
Book online, post your device to us, and we'll repair and return it via tracked Royal Mail Special Delivery within one working day.
Are parts sourced locally?
We use high-quality aftermarket parts from a trusted supplier we've worked with for nearly 10 years.
What are your service hours?
We operate Monday-Friday 9am-5pm/6pm and are closed weekends. Repairs are processed during these working hours.

A fantastic repair shop. Fantastic service with lovely, very skilled and knowledgable staff. Wont go anywhere else for a phone repair. Also its the only place Ive found that can repair IPhone X screens other than Apple as they have a laser cutter.

Amazing service, James was very helpful! Fixed my daughters iPhone and my iPad and were fixed very quickly. Even came to my house and dropped them off! Couldn't fault the service, very good would definitely reccomend, and will be going be back if I ever have any future issues with an apple products.
