Over the past 5 years or so these guys have saved me. and my business laptop. so many times. from the dreaded 'BSOD' to damaged hard drives and just yesterday remotely upgrading my SQL Server remotely, whilst I was working outside the UK. These guys are truly amazing. polite, effecient, well priced. I really cannot praise them. or thank them enough. fantastic service!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value DO NOT USE! I took a perfectly working iphone for a new battery! It came back not able to make calls and the home button broken. Do Not Use!

Cannot recommend these guys enough - my iMac that I have had since 2012 crashed, I took it to an apple store where I was told that they do not produce the parts anymore as it's too old, they suggested that it was probably the hard drive that had gone. Basically suggested that there was nothing I could do. My partner contacted Detect2 and outlined the issues, we received a very quick response to bring it in.

Not only did Sean replace my hard drive and graphics card, he managed to extract all my documents, files and photo's since I have had the computer and put it all on the new hard drive. In a few days I got my computer back all fixed; it's faster and better! Sean communicated with me throughout the entire process and kept me updated. In all aspects of this process was great; communication, fix, price and customer service was outstanding!

Went above and beyond the service I initially required. Full marks for sorting out the initial problem of iPad repair and I now have a battery life lasting for several days without recharge....will definitlely be coming back but hopefully not after dropping the ipad air 2 again!
