I posted a request for help on my local Facebook Information page, regarding an issue with Microsoft Edge, since updating my laptop to Windows 11 the internet explorer screen would not stay open. Within 5mins of posting my request Iain was logged in remotely and had figured out the problem. Within 20mins the issue was resolved. I couldn't have asked for better service! Thanks

I would recommend this business and have done so to Photographic Clubs in Gainsborough and Doncaster. The advise given was first class and there was no attempt to up sale other than point out the failings and cures. The work was done quickly and was not expensive. I had a computer which was unusable due to speed and behaviour. After an SSD hard drive and more random memory its now absolutely brilliant.

My aged laptop died quite suddenly. The general advice of others was to replace it but this would mean spending several hundred pounds to replace it with a similar machine. ISG examined the laptop and quoted a price for the replacement of the hard drive. They also suggested options for upgrading and improving the performance of the machine. The quotes were very reasonable and I readily agreed the price quoted.
All the problems to the hardware and software were corrected very promptly and my machine was returned to me working faster and better than it had ever done, with the assurance that if I had any queries I could telephone them for further help and assistance. I have no hesitation in recommending ISG Computing. the service was efficient and their costs are reasonable.

We've had our Mac for about five years and Yahoo suddenly decided it wouldn't recognise our browser. Iain from ISG arrived promptly when contacted and soon diagnosed the problem - the Safari browser was outdated. He was able to sort that out very quickly, although it took so long for it to download that he took it away so he could monitor progress overnight. He and it were back the next day with ALL the software updated. I have found the service provided by ISG to be swift and effective and their staff very pleasant to work with.

I asked on Facebook if anyone was good with computers/tablets and would enable to fix mine. Iain got in touch with me and we arranged for him to come and collect my tablet on Friday morning. I was told it'd be Monday at the earliest and it'd cost 30-50 depending on the work needed doing. Saturday afternoon Iain got in touch and said it was ready. We arranged for me to go and collect it and was told it'd 40. My tablet no runs like brand new and I'd highly recommend Iain to anyone with computer problems.
