My less than two year old computer crashed suddenly and seemed irreparable. Graeme sussed what was wrong and fixed the problems very quickly and at a totally reasonable price. The computer is now running better than on the day I bought it. Would confidently recommend GN CPS to everyone I know should they encounter any computer problems. I know for one that I won't hesitate to use them again(although hopefully I won't have to)

Recently put my HP laptop in for some software installation and they were more than happy to help with Graham spending over 2 hours on the phone to windows to help fix my laptop. They done it very quickly and to a high standard and evey time i had a question they answered it very quickly. Highly recommend they done a brilliant job!

Great service from GN CPS. Took in the PC and gave it a good solid once over including a clean then a 24hrs running diag test. This was to ensure that my PC was performing to it's full potential. Would defo recommend and in future this will be the first place I call.

My home computer went kaput, I was worried I had lost a lot of important data, but GN quickly fixed the problem and managed to recover all my data, that was six months ago and since then, the computer in question, has worked a treat. In addition GN installed a very good data back up device. Last but not least, the guy who runs the business, Graeme is very helpful

Our computer crashed on a weekend. Graeme was willing to come out on a Sunday (we don't have a car) but we told him Mon. would be fine. He was punctual, polite and professional. We had contacted several other places and none of them seemed to want our business. When we found GN Computer Services Graeme talked to us over the phone about the problem and had the laptop repaired and back to us by Wed. Everything seems to be fine now and we would highly recommend him.

Called Graeme due to issues with the new windows 10 upgrade that froze my laptop. He was extremely helpful and provided an excellent service. Can't recommend enough, Graeme fully repaired my MacBook Pro fast and efficiently. He kept me updated throughout and made sure I was fully aware of all the technical procedures he carried out. Fab customer service. Picked it up and dropped it off within 24 hours. We were in a crisis after customer data was lost on our system and Graeme repaired and upgraded our system to prevent it from happening again!Great advice and telephone support too if we ever want to know how to do something.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I rang and was invited to drop in my computer at short notice. I needed my computer urgently and explained the issue over the phone. I was given hope that my computer was in fact repairable, despite it being as dead as a dodo. I called to the company and was invited in, my computer was fixed, the process explained and I was sent away a very happy customer.
