When my old family iMac failed to boot a few months ago, I thought I'd lost 10 years of family photos and videos. Thankfully Joseph and Navid at Data Recovery Lab did a fantastic job of recovering my data, so all has ended well. Its not cheap but I'd gladly pay their fee every time to bringing this valuable data back online. I highly recommend this data recovery service.

I would thoroughly recommend the Data Recovery Lab if you are panicking about lost data and have been told there is little chance of retrieving it. After my SD card for my phone defaulted and I lost over 10k pieces of date, I was told by various companies there was little chance of getting the data back. However after contacting the Lab, I was reassured that this was possible and the experts that work there were one hundred percent successful in retrieving all my data.

Not only are the employees complete experts in what they do, they are also extremely reassuring from start to finish in their communication with the client, which made me feel relaxed and at ease. Perfect service, Navid answered all my stupid questions and chatted away to me whilst I noseyed around the office. Answered all emails and texts immediately and called me when I was confused. I lost some crucial images through a corrupted SD card in a camera, and Navid and his team did an absolutely fantastic job in not only recovering all the files, but doing it within a week of submitting the card. Hidden away in deepest darkest North Finchley I discovered a team who were able to recover my files from an external drive that had imploded. As a journalist I am an unashamed information hoarder (hmm that may come in useful sometime!) so all my research and two magazine launch photos and editorial would have been lost. Fantastic service thanks to an incredibly knowledgeable team of computer scientists and data recovery specialists. My 1TB hard drive had a mechanical failure overnight and I urgently needed my data back for work. DRL came back to me very quickly and late in the evening to reassure me and lay down their costs and plan. Perhaps it was because of Lockdown or because I did not pay for the emergency data recovery option but it ended up taking exactly 2 weeks (Thursday to Thursday) from when I brought the hard drive to when I could pick up the recovered data.

They were however very communicative throughout the process, and I could contact them at any moment. It was an expensive process but if it is necessary than go for it. My data was fully recovered, I couldn't imagine anyone could do a better job.

Amazing recovery in really quick amount of time. Literally saved my dissertation project. Thanks so much again.
