By far the best pc shop I visited. Very helpful and patient staff. I dealt with Peter who had comprehensive knowledge and got exactly what I was looking for. Definitely Recommended and would go again for any upgrades.

I was nervous at first but Hussein and Pavel are great, very talented and know their business. They gave expert advice on the phone and in person without trying to sell me anything. They took great care of my MacBook and did the hard drive update from 300gb to 1tb in less than 24hours. Great service and even gave me a free gift when I paid. I am so relived to have found a computer repairs company who can do what I need. I will be going back.

Smooth from start to finish. My Mac was picked up from my home in Glasgow. Excellent communication sent to me once it had been received at London warehouse. Within 3 days of it being checked money transferred. Highly recommend

If you are looking to get your computer or electronics fixed, or to buy or sell used electronics, this is a useful local place to do it. They were able to buy back some gadgets we don't use anymore. We got cash on the spot and the happy knowledge that the old gadgets are getting some use and won't be sent to a landfill. The store also offers computer recycling.

I noticed that my laptop was behaving really strangely strange icons on the desktop, my email not letting me log in, etc. I was really worried so took it in to bits and pcs, who quickly informed me that I had a virus. They took it in for a couple of days and when they gave it back, it was virus free! The technician I spoke to advised me of good anti-virus software some that were even free. Hopefully, thanks to these guys, Ill never have another virus.

I was a bit apprehensive doing this. Sending valuable items through the post is a bit scary! I was pleasantly surprised. I was kept informed at each stage. How to pack and post my items, that they had arrived and that my cheque had been posted. I received a good price and my offer was increased as my laptop was a higher spec than I had described. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I had a iMac to trade in because I didn't use it anymore. I contacted Bits & PCs on the Monday to get a quote and arrange pick up for Thursday the same week. It was picked up and processed and I got more money than I was quoted because I had missed something off the online quote which is very honest of them. Once it had been looked over I had the money within a week. So easy and such a fair price.
