When our laptop broke we called Marco and the next day the laptop was ready to use! Fast and excellent service which we highly recommend! Much better than some other computer repair shops which usually takes your device for like 5 days for the same problem. Of course the time depends on the problem, number of the customers and the delivery of computer parts but we are calmly give him the laptop next time as well because he seems like a trustable good guy.

Our Laptop broke in the 1st week of Lockdown & I was not able to get it repaired due to the situation. I contacted Marco through Google & he responded quickly on the issue. The hard drive on my laptop was corrupted by my AV software and it would not boot. As usual, I had not taken a backup for a few weeks so was worried as I have my SAGE accounts etc on this HP laptop. It would have taken me days to re-create all the invoices and other work related data if I could not get the drive back. Marco at First Aid PC did a great job in recovering my hard drive and no data was lost. Well worth the money and a great job in getting me going again within a day. I would happily recommend First Aid PC to anyone. Will be back if I hit problems again.
