I gave Duloch the task of resurrecting my MacBook. Although relatively new it had become unused because I had found my iPad/Phone sufficient for my needs.
However, times change and the combination of Pad and Phone was no longer sufficient; so I decided to recommission my redundant Mac. It was a complicated ask not helped by my poor record keeping and needed more expertise than the normal computer doctor.
Kevin, at Duloch, was up to the task and my resurrected Mac is now helping me deal with the outside world. Thanks Kevin, for your expert knowledge and good humour that helped me solve this problem; at a reasonable cost.

my daughter's iPad screen was smashed and the pad itself was bent got this back today and one happy girl, all in brilliant working order and looks good as new, would definitely recommend and use again.

I had an issue where Office 2016 simply disappeared from my laptop after a Windows update. I called Dulloch Computers who quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested how to fix it. I followed their recommendation and all is now fixed and running sweetly - AND it was all done over the phone! Great service, thanks.

Kevin a joke, nearly had my laptop for a month and always had to chase for updates. NEVER repaired, gave a different story every time. Last feedback was delated, so this is a new updated one. You what someone that knows what they doing and give customer service then go else where. That what I did and got my pc repaired with about a week.

I tried to have my laptops fans looked at as they were making a rattling noise. I phoned up and Kevin said that he would call me back the next day to arrange an appointment for later that day. He never called, and then never responded to my text when I asked if he had managed to fit me in. Just poor customer service, I dont have any experience of how he fixes computers.

Kevin replaced the batteries on mines and my Wife's iPhone 7 and gave a good discount as both phones were done at the same time. Whole process was very efficient and hassle free from the initial contact through to completion of the work and payment. He even sorted an unforeseen problem on my iPhone at the same time free of charge. I would thoroughly recommend Duloch Computers if you're needing your iPhone battery replaced.

Put my sons laptop into pc world/currys to get fixed 2 weeks later they return it saying they cant fix it so found Duloch computers online 2 days later laptop fixed for a great price and one happy boy would highly recommend thanks again

Kevin was very helpful when I had an issue with my computer. Although on this occasion a solution was unable to be met as my motherboard was faulty and too expensive to replace, the service he offered during that time was excellent. Kevin really went above and beyond to try find a solution to get my computer working again and I definitely recommend anyone with an issue with their computer to take it here. I was only a rare instance of a problem too complex, any other issues with a computer would be solved much quicker with success.

I would highly recommend Ducloch Computers. My laptop got stuck in a loop on a windows configuration issue and I was unable to fix (it had been like that for over 24hrs). I dropped them a message yesterday afternoon and dropped off at 6. They keep you informed throughout regarding progress. I rely on home working most of the week and they were able to sort and drop off (before the school run) so I could be back up and running for my work!
Amazing service, reasonably priced and communication second to none! I have also recommend on my personal Facebook page in a post as youll be hard to find service like this elsewhere! Will not go anywhere else from now on! Thank you very much!

Have used on three occasions now. Fast turn around and very reasonably priced for phone and laptop screen replacements. Also told me when it wasn't worth replacing a damaged tablet screen and didn't charge for time. Would definitely use again and remains my first choice for all repairs.

Very friendly service, I would definitely use it again. Ive used it twice now, I had an iPhone fixed a few years ago for a very reasonable cost. This time I got advice and offered to come round to fix it. Duloch computers arent in it for a quick buck, a genuine fix it service.
