Vince always fixes my problems. Even if he cant get to me in person (Im over 60 so prefer home visits!) he gets on line and talks me through the process. Its a real advantage to have someone so competent, so local to my home. Plus the fact, you can have a laugh and joke with him - not always the case with I.T support!!
