This place should be called scam station, iv been a few times and each experience worst than the last, iv finally stopped going to them as they just try and take your money for doing bear minimum work but usually nothing. I would not recommend this place they are kind and friendly when you first see them but once your device is there your not sure what they do to make their extra money , if they seem keen on getting their hands on your device I would be weary.

Have just purchased a new laptop from scanstation. The service I received was excellent they set my laptop up for me and added a security app.so when I collected it. Just had to turn it on.my emails were there and all the apps I requested. Plus very helpful and friendly staff.would recommend this company. To anyone thinking of buying a new desktop or laptop.

Scanstation are the best. If your computer is in need of repair give them a try, they are not only knowledgeable but so, so helpful and they don't treat you like an idiot everything is explained clearly. My computer had a lot of problems and they repaired it quickly and for a reasonable price now its working better than when I first had it! They also have computers for sale and associated products. Lovely to deal with a local firm with really nice staff nothing is too much trouble.

I have just bought a new desk top from here. The customer service was great, they listened to what i wanted to do and made good suggestions on what specifications I would need and availability of products. With the choice then made I received my new pc the next day. I am so happy with my new pc which is quick and stable platform for gaming and design. Thank you guys really happy.

I went in to Scanstation and explained the problem we were having and they were helpful from the start. They explained their charges and suggested a new virus package which was a lot cheaper than the one which were about to renew. They asked me to drop our computer in. They rang when the computer was repaired. They were friendly and helpful and we would definitely use them again.
