Excellent service. Martin from C&F Bright Solutions Ltd was very helpful and reassuring when I thought my computer had been interfered with. When he came out he explained all the options to me. When I agreed to have a new hard drive(the machine had been working very slowly for some time)and for him to take my computer to install it, he acquired the part very quickly and having installed it brought the computer back and again explained what he had done and told me not to hesitate to contact him if I had any problems.

I found C&FBSL on the internet when my old iMac went into terminal decline and Martin stepped in promptly to set up my new one and transfer everything I needed. He did a far better job, for example, than my CAD software provider did in transferring its own software and licence. He has since synched my computer, laptop and iPhone, sorted out my confusing email addresses and providers and generally helped me drag myself into this century. I can thoroughly recommend him.

Our business depends on IT, and for years we have had issues with it. However in a few weeks, our 5 pc small network the system, with mainly new hardware has been transformed from a daily battlefield of error messages, software incompatibility, loss of connectivity, freezes, crashes and the ever present threat of data loss, into a peaceful meadow of productivity.
