Mac Repair Newcastle

My breakdown of my experience of this shop

1: I called at 10:30 am to where I enquired about a screen repair for an iPhone 6s
I was initially quoted 20 minutes and 20 pounds. I was there within the hour dropped my phone off and as I was surprised I was then quoted 30x longer 5pm to be specific.

I continued regardless with the repair (stupidly) as I had to get back to work I called this individual at 2 to ask what time the shop shut as I was working till 5 he proceeded to try convince me to pick it up tomorrow when I declined he said Come for half 5 Ill try my best to get it done
Now this was a major red flag from 20 mins to 5 to trying to get it down for 5:30 however I continued

4:45 comes round I call to check on the job to which I was told it was finished ages ago however hes had to go to a wedding and has took my phone with him in his car which is illegal under insurance practices.
And that hed meet me at 5:30 to give me the phone to which at 5:30 a random man is standing outside the shop holding my phone I walk up and say is that my phone and without even checking for my id number or name the man gives me the phone gets in his car and drives off.

When I turned the phone on after the guy had left I realised the screen may have been replaced however kept trying to type by itself and altho its useable continuously leaves me with a repeated issue of having to type things 2/3 times and furthermore makes any mobile games unusable. The screen randomly goes black and I check my phone to see blocked for 5 mins for failed attempts due to my phone trying to unlock itself randomly.

So the next day first thing in the morning I call and get no reply 3 times then left a review critiquing this shop eventually at 12 I got through and told him about the fact it doesnt work to which he tried to scold me for leaving a bad review tried to lie to me and tell me he always said it was 5pm which he backtracked again after called out and refused to fix it or refund me if I left w bad review and demanded I deleted which is illegal.

If I were you Id go else where as any bad reviews this shop about their horrific repair work has very clearly been forcefully deleted by customers trying to get their phones back or properly repaired

This business is great. I received a greeting of good morning sir, and was asked how they could assist me. I explained the issue with my Honor 90, which was that the screen was broken.

I was told that it was not a problem, and that they would have it repaired by later that afternoon. The cost for a new screen, including labor, was 80. I was very impressed and stated that I would definitely recommend them to my friends, all of them.

I made a call later that same day and was greeted with a smile, and a hello sir, with the comment that I had come for my phone.

amazing customer service!! 10/10 would recommend, the man working there is lovely and does everything he can to help! I broke my phone, completely smashed the screen but they fixed it for me cheap right in front of me in under an hour. They also gave me a screen protector. The service is impeccable they were so lovely I will be back if I ever need my electronics fixing

Quick and precise, they offered a pick-up and drop-off repair service for no additional costs. It was very appreciated, as I couldn't walk due to a minor injury. And, most importantly, now my MacBook Pro has a perfectly working new battery.

MacBook air was not turning on at all, not charging. The problem was diagnosed as a damaged charging port in 5 minutes then repaired while I waited along with a new battery for good measure. Would recommend 100% excellent service

I received a very quick, friendly and professional service from Rafael. He proposed the cheapest price, against 2 other competitors and the Apple store. The job was done within the hour and Rafael even allowed me to watch him complete the repair. The replacement MacBook screen is in fantastic condition; including a 1 year warrantee. If I have any further issues with apple products, I will be using this business again.

My laptop died in the middle of a project, and I assumed I'd squander my many days without a computer. I went to their store and had it fixed quickly for a fair price; they are quite skilled, and the shop is easily accessible. I definitely suggest them since, unlike many others, they do not impose unnecessary expenses by exaggerating the actual problem of your device.

Broke my MacBook screen late on Sunday evening, phoned up and they said to bring it in first thing Monday morning. Brought it in and a new screen was fitted by Rafael within an hour - which was perfect as I'm a student with lectures on the same day. Really happy with the result and the service was amazing. I have been there only look for an iPad air case when he was about to close the shop but still showed me the cases he had. He didn't have a case for iPad-air 4 that time but ordered for the next day. To save the day he even gave me a zipped case without charging me. Next day when I visited the shop, he showed me 3 different colour of iPad cases. He put the screen protector very professionally, no dust no bubble no residue or particle!

Besides when I mentioned about my earbuds (one side was quieter) he cleaned and fixed that one for free! He has technical and practical know-how, very reliable, and student friendly. You can't go wrong with this place! VJ you're a hero bro!

They managed to track down the correct screen for my iPod classic and fully repaired the unit. Took a couple of days to get the correct screen but it was well worth the wait. Excellent service, fully acceptable price. Few months later, my iPod froze (my fault). Called them and they told me exactly what to do. Excellent customer service, always there to help, brilliant. Very highly recommended.
