Broken laptop screen. I needed an urgent repair and Victor said he'd get it done that day. I hadn't told him it was a touchscreen so he needed to order a part, and therefore it took three days and cost a good bit more. It was still 70 cheaper than Currys quote, and that would have taken a fortnight. He also didn't erase my data which Currys do as a matter of course! Excellent service.

This guy had my laptop for over a month saying he didn't get parts, finally called and said he couldn't find any, when I went to a specialist, it was reported to me that the circuits were fried by this guy's unprofessional use. Highly disappointed, didn't help after that, wouldn't recommend unless you want to lose your device forever.

I had very good experience with Blu Gates over last few years, not only with Phones but also Laptops in total i think 3 laptops and phones. My last laptop have been repaired withing 2 days in where in other shop for a month. Blu Gates is simply outstanding, I drove 15 miles to this shop just to bring my laptop 'case I knew that it will be repaired by specialist not some "Laptop clinic" where can only change parts. Blu Gates can do it all definitely repair and make you machine to work for another years to come. If you got something that needs to be checked etc repaired by specialist look no further this is your best place to visit.

I had a smooth experience with Blu Gates, they quoted me within 24 hours for the battery replacement, the pricing was fair (I had checked before how much the battery alone would cost me, so I know they didn't overprice me for the repair), and the service was executed in a timely manner. I was satisfied with the work they've done and the level of customer service.

Completely horrible customer service, took my computer there to change a broke HDMI port, it took them 5 days to realise that they cant solve the problem. Even the computer wasn't fixed I still had to pay for "diagnostic" that I didn't even ask for, when I asked for the diagnostic results they started making excuses why they didn't have them, so pretty much if you go there to get your stuff fixed expect to give them 15 for nothing.
