Mark provides an absolutely excellent service : extremely knowledgeable, completely trustworthy and honest, friendly and provided a prompt repair with excellent updates and at a fair price. I have disliked two other PC repairers in this area with their hidden extra charges but Mark will be our first place for all our PC repairs. Very happy with this genuine and honest business

Great service as always. Mark is such a nice guy, he never makes you feel stupid or talks down to you (unlike some I have come across). I had been putting off buying a new PC because I find the setup and data transfer so stressful. Mark did it with ease and at a very reasonable cost, it was well worth the money.

I have been using this company for over 25 years and I cannot recommend this company more highly. Mark, the Managing Director, is always at the end of the phone when needed and there has never been a problem that he hasn't been able to fix. If I had to make any criticism at all it would be that I really don't think he charges enough for the excellent service he provides.

Fantastic Customer Service. I was having a problem with my laptop Battery. Currys refused to take it in for repairs since they cant find the parts. Luckily I found this shop. Mark was able to track down the necessary parts and kept me informed on how everything was everything going. Price was also very reasonable. Very happy with the Service I received here.

I came across Mark at his Worplesdon Road shop in 2007. Throughout the years I have found him to be most helpful, patient and understanding (a late comer to the communication medium of computers and email progressing to iPads,). Mark is always, polite, patient and helpful. His company provides a quality service, quality products (not over specified for ones ability) and good value for money. As I have progressed and wanted to up date my equipment, he has always tailored the equipment and outlay to suit my pocket and my level of knowledge of the computer world and language through to better accomplishment, through comfort and ease .
Not blinded with techno speak. Although now (in 2018) not quite the novice of yesteryear, I recommend anyone wishing to know more and progress within the computer world to give Mark a call and judge for yourself. My computer has been dead because of water spillage, from google search I chosen three computer repair company, this is only one which is true economic repair, highly recommend
