I'm on Dan's subscription system, thank Christ. I got problem after problem and Dan dedicated himself, calmly and methodically, to fixing them. They kept coming and we confirmed a failed C drive. Dan identified my options, told me what I needed when I'd chosen my option, helped me set up the new hardware, and spent ages tuning the reboot. He worked late at night and early in the morning, at no notice, putting my needs ahead of his own.

He calmed my panic, was entirely non-judgmental about my ignorance and anxiety, and saved the day. I reckon, on looking at the cost of replacing the whole system (which I would have done if I hadn't known Dan), he's saved me about 1,300. Dan was extremely helpful in fixing a very annoying problem I was having with installing Office 365. He spent a great deal of time optimising my computer whilst looking for a solution to the install. Eventually, he recommended upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 which proved to be the solution after weeks of struggling!
