I found PCHeadache via a search on Google, when my PC "seized" and was rendered unusable. Chris was very responsive when I emailed, came at the time agreed and did a great job, restoring everything as was. Such a relief! It only cost me 70, despite his working for nearly 2 hours straight - he also very kindly cleaned my PC up without being asked (but checking with me first if I was ok for him to do so). Came out to my home on the same day and stayed til my PC issues were fixed. Only contacted him as my PC retailer repair service " wasn't available for a week as fully booked".
