My Dell laptop was not charging so I arranged for it to be collected for repair. A guy turned up to collect ( sorry, I don't know his name) and he immediately noticed that I was trying to charge the laptop with an HP lead (which belonged to my daughter) rather than my own charging lead. I felt rather foolish and offered to recompense the guy for his wasted journey but he would not accept any payment. A great professional service. Very pleased and would recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. He answered all my phone calls and pretty quick too. He even texted me the adress and helped me to find it through the phone. I took a gaming pc there and I told him some details (would not boot up at all). He emailed me an invoice of what it needs to be repaired THE SAME NIGHT and he asked me if he should proceed. The Pc was ready 2 days after I took it there.

He had it ready and WORKING on a screen to check it myself! He even fixed some LED lights and added some missing screws. A true professional and a very good guy! Would definetly recommend! I even live a bit far from him but it was so much worth traveling there.

From the first telephone call to the engineers visit I received first class service. All problems understood and resolved in a friendly and efficient manner.

My desktop stopped booting up while in a middle of an important project. On Friday evening. Called them up on Saturday brought the computer in - they diagnosed it, replaced what needed replacing and the machine was up and running on Monday morning. On top of that they were happy to troubleshoot after hours to get everything working as it was before. Excellent service!
