From the moment we were introduced to Twin Systems their professionalism shone through and set them apart from the competition. They performed an in depth audit of our current business IT arrangements and followed up with their recommendations which were all clearly laid out in a user friendly manner and within expected budget. They then promptly had us up and running with new hardware, with minimal disruption and great consideration of business impact.
Any issues we have encountered have been dealt with very quickly, in a professional way, and they always check in after the event to make sure all is still running smoothly. In crowded and often commoditised market, it makes a refreshing change to work with individuals who are experts and clearly take pride in their work.

The thing that makes Twin Systems stand out, apart from Paul Songaila who runs the business and really knows his stuff, is the very business-oriented approach the firm has. Also, they clearly have a very good grip on how to deal with all the threats out there which can take down IT systems -and with them the business. If you're not sure whether your business could survive an IT attach or systems failures then do give them a call now.
