Absolutely fantastic service - I dropped my iMac off at 11am for a full clean, hard drive to SSD upgrade and office install and it was ready to collect at 5pm. Not only that but after collecting my iMac and bringing it home I needed technical assistance which Juliet provided at no extra cost over the phone. Staff were very friendly and helpful overall. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs any Mac technical assistance or services.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Complete PC and Mac Services. From beginning to end I was kept up to date of what was happening with my MacBook repair, from the friendliest team you could ask for. My new MacBook lid looks as good as new, and to top it off the computer was cleaned inside and out, with fan software installed to improve its performance also. I would definitely use these guys any time I needed a repair, and would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone needing any repairs done

Can't fault the service. Very quick and very accommodating. Apple couldn't help me even with symptoms my Mac was having and wouldn't bother with me because the computer was too old. Juliette diagnosed the problem over the phone and fixed it the very next day. Saved me having to buy myself a new iMac

Juliet replaced the hard drive in my 2013 iMac with a crucial SSD 1TB. I was thinking about trying to do it my self, but from what I had seen on YouTube the process looked a bit daunting and needed experience and a skilled hand to do the job. When I dropped off the iMac and spoke with Juliet I left feeling very confident that my computer was in safe hands. Turn around was very quick and very reasonably priced. I can honestly say that I will use Complete PC and Mac Services in the future.

What a fantastic service I received from Juliette. She was punctual and kept me informed of the progress with my laptop issues. I found her very professional, trustworthy and reliable in addition to being extremely kind and friendly. She explained clearly what the problems with my laptop were and advised me how to get the best out of "my old machine" in the future. Great service provided by Juliette. Our PC developed major problems and luckily we came across Juliette. The PC was collected & delivered back within 24 hours already for us to re-use. The problem

I had a issue on my gaming pc that was causing my hard drives to fail or be corrupted, The service i received was amazing from start to finish, Very quick response to my message about my issue. juliette is now my go to person to look after my pc from now on, The thing i liked was the honesty from the start Julie informed me that she was very busy at the time ( for me a good sign of a quality service ) but gave me a time frame that was stuck to and so i was happy - juliette solved my issue and also gave me some advice on how to stop this from happening and some tips on keeping the pc running better, also the one thing i was happy about was the price well worth the time spent fixing my PC. Anyone who has a problem with there PC/laptop you should really consider this lady to help you she really is top level
