My aged laptop screen hinge broke just before Christmas. After a quick visit to show the damage that couldn't be seen in photos, I left it with them, a replacement was sourced and installed and you'd never know the difference. Thank you.

I have to give high praise for this company, whilst I didn't buy anything, I popped my head in and asked a couple of technical questions, and Paul even though the shop had not yet opened, displayed kindness, concern and was extremely helpful in answering my query, and recommended other establishments that might be able to fulfil my request, this shows Service at its best, and should I have a purchase or requirement I would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment.

Amazing service, I had a problem with my iphone charging dock not accepting the charging lead. I called late in the day and they said get down by 5pm I left the phone with them and called back just before 6pm, nothing wrong with the dock it had a piece of charging lead stuck in there. They removed it and the dock now works perfectly, just a small charge for their time and expertise. I highly recommend them.

Very responsive and personal service, called after my lap top wouldn't start on a Friday with a presentation due on the Monday and typical that I had no backup. Was able to get done on Saturday and talked through future care and back ups for the future. Would highly recommend and will only be using this service in the furture.
