Friendly staff, good quick service. Needed a new case and fans for my desktop pc, as well as new thermal paste and troubleshooting a ram issue. All done and fixed by Sam in just two days who was an apprentice at the time. Cost me 275.

Had a major bump with my custom built pc OUCHY. Didn't know where to go and was recommended woodgate computers. I took it in straight away after trying to diagnose the issue myself as I couldn't fix it. Took it in and they diagnosed the issue [motherboard died] and resolved in straight away and got it back 4 to 5 days later with a recommended new motherboard. Professional job done and polite throughout. I do recommend this place if stuck for ideas. Pricing is fair. Thanks a lot woodgate computers

Kept trying to rack up the costs thinking I had no idea what they were trying, ended up quoting over 500. Eventually took it somewhere else for a 80 repair, be careful as they'll try to take advantage if they suspect you're not computer literate. Update: Hilarious that they're threatening to call the police over a bad review, these people really are something else.

Ridiculous price. I brought my laptop for a clean up to remove the dust in side it and they charged me 70! I called several places afterwards that said they could do it for prices between 15 and 30. Furthermore upon opening my laptop there was dust all over my keyboard and an ugly red sticker on the bottom of my laptop I cant remove.

I would like to share my experience! My laptop broke down and l left it to this guys to repair it! Had to pay 50for diagnostic. Verdict after been diagnosed(mother board wich coast me me about 200)!Considering fact is too expensive l had to send it to a diffrent repair centre and guess what the laptop has been repaired for as little as 40 including the part wich is much cheaper then their diagnosis! Issue was the keyboard not the mother board as they've been told me! Now question is how they diagnosed the laptop if the fault was something else!

Amazing support and service, they are very helpful and make you feel at ease! They were very thorough in letting me know what the issue with my laptop could be caused by, and they immediately looked up parts they might need for it (other places had to get back to me for that). In the end it was an easy fix which they did in store while I waited. Fantastic store, I definitely recommend them!

I've used woodgate computers for a number of years to fix and upgrade my PC's and laptops, they always provide good advice and a cost before starting any necessary work. During my last visit I needed a new screen for my HP laptop or so I thought, the screen was flickering and I presumed it needed replacing but they told me it was a connecting wire from the screen to the motherboard. They manged to get a new cable the next day and I had it back good as new the following night.

A diagnostic test was required in the first instance and this revealed a software problem with my laptop. The technician advised throughout the process and the service I received was extremely professional. I also requested that certain data be retrieved where possible and this was carried out successfully.
