If you have a more complicated problem, or there is a major hardware fault and I need to bring the unit back to the office for repair, I'll do my best to get the system back to you within 1 working day.In some cases, if a component has failed and is unsuitable for repair for example, I'll advise on replacement or upgrade options as necessary, giving you different options and their respective benefits in plain English.

I have been unable to make any calls on my phone since Giff Gaff did not auto renew may previous payment, therefor I had to purchased a 10.00 top up from a local supermarket!
Sam explained that Giff Gaff do not auto renew payments unless they are linked to a current debit card.
However he updated my credit from the top up printout slip, and downloaded the Giff Gaff app to my phone so that I can set up a standing order for 10.00
