Having suffered a massive panic attack thanks to my internal 2TB hard drive becoming completely inaccessible to me and the risk of losing 4 years worth of data including priceless family photos, I gave Vinnie a ring after realising he's literally down the road from me. Whilst the hard drive was completely dead he managed to save every last byte of data, and even managed to provide me a refurbished hard drive to replace the dead one.
