I had a slow lenovo laptop and saw a possitive review on nextdoor app which mentioned streatham pc services and there pick-up drop off service, I was pleasently suprised that John was going to fix it onsite/at our home, (he'd cycled over to clapham common) which was excellent so I could show him first hand what my issues were and look after my clients at same time.
Not only did he fix/explain what the issue was with the windows laptop but sorted out the apple mac pc update at the same time, very impressed. I would highly reccommend john and his bussiness.

As a returning customer I am very disappointed that I paid for a problem to be resolved but then found it had not actually been fixed. I did raise it but he stopped communicating with me when I suggested bringing the laptop back. I have a life threatening illness so don't have the energy to pursue it further.

John did an amazing job, when he repaired my son's laptop, which had water spilt on the keyboard, causing them not to work. I never thought it would be possible. The cost of the repair, was more than reasonable, considering the cost of a new laptop. Communication was great from start to finish, and I highly recommend that you give John a call, if you have issues with your laptop or PC.

John was amazing with my MacBook Pro. I had a busy schedule of deadlines where I really couldn't afford to have downtime without my machine. John was extremely flexible to allow minimal impact on my work. He was honest in that the job didn't turn out to be as complicated as he originally thought and so offered to charge less. People that honest are few and far between. Would gladly recommend John. In fact, we'll be using him a lot more as we grow our team in the coming months.

I phoned up Streatham PC Services & spoke to John. I booked in my laptop, was given a rough estimate and took my laptop in. John phoned me with a quote and what the problem was. He was fast & efficient on repairing my laptop and explaining in understandable terms what was wrong, what he fixed and backed up my data on my external hard drive. I felt it was good, prompt service & definitely recommend this company.

I instructed John to reset my laptop and to remove all of my mother's data / viruses from it. John talked me through the various options available to me and made sure I fully understood the consequences of my instructions. He was attentive, friendly and very accommodating. My lap top is now running a lot quicker and is not clogged up with my mother's data. I am very grateful for John's services and would happily recommend him to friends or relatives who need computer help

I cannot praise the service I received from Streatham PC Services highly enough. Not only was John a technical genius, he quickly repaired long running problems on both of my computers for a cost far cheaper than Dell and other estimates from computer repair shops in the area. After years of suffering from slow almost unworkable computers with internet contection problems, to the delight of my family, we now have two computers both of which work like a dream.

John solved 2 major problems: transferring al our data from an old Windows 98 computer to our new Windows 7 system and connected a very old but good quality laser printer to our new system, both of which tasks we were advised couldn't be done, saving us a great deal of time and expense. He also set up our new system, including broadband access to the internet and advised us on various Microsoft Word issues. We can recommend John without any hesitation.
