We have been working with JMV for a couple of years now and during that time, they have simply been excellent on all counts. They helped us hugely during the first lockdown last year in terms of migrating all data from our physical server to Office 365, enabling us to get up and running and quickly and seamlessly. JMV now handle all aspects of our IT (equipment, Office365/Sharepoint, telecoms etc). They are amazingly responsive and are always on hand if we need them. Added to that, they are just lovely people to work with - thank you :)

Really good service! 1st time using them, we had a laptop with a faulty screen that needed replacing. They were great at keeping us updated along the repair process, really good price and they even dropped off the power cable to our house as a goodwill gesture after forgetting to pop it back in the laptop bag. Highly recommended!

JMV were very helpful and configured a laptop for me a few years back and I've had no problems at all, it's still going strong and I had no hesitation in going back to them for a 2nd PC. Have to say a massive big up to jmv solutions at heathfield today! Came and fitted Internet via 4G using an external antenna. We are in a very poor internet area and only getting 3Mbps but now getting 35Mbps. Also had a wifi upgrade internally to ensure whole house coverage - happy days in this house with 2 teenage gamers, sky sports fanatic, peppa pig demanding toddler and all netflix fans.no more angry outbursts from the kids about "lag" and checking anyone else in the house is watching netflix as it is "affecting" their gaming! Thanku James Vincent and Lucy Salt.could not recommend your company any higher! Get in touch peeps with poor internet.it will make your life so much easier! Happy days X
