My MacBook had been running slower over time until it was eventually crawling - I initially just thought it was a build up of dust and so took it in to Phil and George for a deep clean. After a really quick turnaround it became clear that the dust build up and consequent heat had caused much more substantive damage. Knowing I was going on my honeymoon a few days later I brought my MacBook back straight away and it was entirely fixed less than 24 hours later. George was always helpful and informative and the whole process was incredibly reassuring.
When it came to the cost, everything was entirely transparent and up front (to the extent they could have known - they couldn't quote me on the further works required after the cleaning before it happened!). They ended up charging me far less than they could have for an itemised breakdown of tasks and jobs, charging what they thought was 'fair' given the individual circumstances rather than trying to maximise their revenue.
When they even offered to replace a faulty fan for free I offered to pay half - but they wouldn't let me. Professional and reassuring, there is nobody else I would ever take a faulty MacBook to!

The service offered is incomparable. George is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone with Mac issues. He explains any problems very clearly and you can really tell he knows what he is talking about. Won't use any other repair service again and even though I've moved to East London I will definitely be making the trip down to George whenever I have any further problems. These gentlemen are fantastic!, probably the best mac support I've ever had and I've had a few. i have been a customer for over 4 years and they have always sorted the issue out quickly, efficiently and professionally. Not once have i had an issue that couldnt be resolved and the costs are always reasonable. I cant recommend them highly enough for a safe and secure friendly service you can trust.

Went to MacEmergency with my Macbook Pro which had liquid damage and was able to get an appointment same day with George. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Whole process of dropping off, getting a quote and repair time was only a week. Overall great service and thanks to George my Macbook is all fixed and didn't have to pay Apple an extortionate amount of money for unnecessary work. Laptop is working better than beforehand. I went there with a macbook pro which is damaged by liquid spillage, Everything couldn't have been better. I could book an appointment to give in my laptop right away, unlike other service companies and especially the apple partners. I told George about how urgent the situation for me because my work depends on that computer. The diagnosis was done in two days.
The diagnosis was very realistic and on my side kind of attitude. And gave me my options clearly. And advised me on buying and new machine and don't bother with repairing this one. The diagnosis were free of charge. Most importantly, the customer service is great and they explain the situation clearly and patiently. All the best.

I brought my mac to mac emergency with severe liquid damage and somehow they managed to revive it. After the first repair it did later have issues once again. However, they were quick to respond and happy to take another look, identifying the problem and getting my mac working without extra charge. Would recommend to friends.

Absolutely outstanding service - so professional, swift and an outstanding quality. My son smashed the screen on my MacBook 💻 and I thought we were doomed.
