We work between the Hours of 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 10am to 2pm. Early morning (before 9am)* and evening call outs (after 8pm)* are available but not covered by our Free Local House visits ( Perth City Area ). Our aim is to reduce the amount of computer equipment going to landfill each year by recycling as much as possible. All most every computer that is scrapped personal / business information is left on the hard drive. With identity theft consistently on the rise any equipment we are given will be specially wiped so no data can be recovered.

Would have given a zero if I could. Phoned and politely asked (I am always polite!) if he could help with a repair as laptop had been bumped and screen had disconnected from the casing. He just slammed the phone down without responding. Can't believe any business could be so horribly rude. Quite upsetting. No need for it at all. Awful! Obviously can't comment on his ability - just on his rather puzzling rude and abusive behaviour.

Very impressed with th way I have been helped by Christopher at Fair City IT Solutions. He arrived on site to help diagnose an intermittently flickering screen on my laptop. Unable to sort on site he worked over the weekend on it and returned it to me working perfectly. After making sure the issue was resolved (and keeping regular contact with me) only then did he invoice me a very reasonably priced invoice. I have every confidence in using him again, and no hesitation in highly reccommending his company. Sometimes 5 stars are not enough; use with confidence.

Amazing service. any issues I had with the laptop, IMac or iPad was quickly resolved! nothing is ever a bother and the advice on device care and suggestions on software was great. very accommodating and put himself out of his way to repair my laptop which was needed for work the next day by working late to repair it. Will definitely be recommending his skillset to others

Fast, reliable, efficient service from Chris at a very reasonable price. Chris helped me purchase my new system, installed it and was very patient at teaching me how to get to grips with it - definitely the best of all computer services I have tried.
