I had a problem with my crashed laptop, phoned Chris and dropped it off the same day, a Sunday! I found him fast, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful with explanations to an ancient technophobe! Absolute excellent service. Honestly believed my work laptop was done for. After taking it to another laptop repair shop and being told I needed a TV repair shop to fix the problem, I tried looking for another repair shop. After seeing Chris had numerous 5 star reviews on Google I thought I would give him a try and I'm glad I did. After a few days Chris rang me, explained the issue, what needed to be fixed and quoted me the price.
A few more days went by and I got the call I had been waiting for, Chris had worked in my eyes witchcraft and had made my laptop work again. I would highly recommend Chris, his service was swift and he fully explained what needed to be in non jargon talk. Hopefully I don't need to use Chris again, but if I do, I'll certainly be calling him back. Thanks again Chris

My HP laptop, which is only about 4 years old refused to boot up and displayed a rather ominous message stating it had an inaccessible boot device. The laptop attempted to repair itself but failed to do so. A quick Google search discovered Chris with many good reviews who thankfully operated 5 minutes from my house. I telephoned him, discussed the problem and he suggested that the hard drive was u/s.
I dropped it off that afternoon and after advising him of necessary passwords etc left the machine with him. He also quoted a price to replace the hard drive. I was delighted to get my laptop back after 6 days with a brand new Samsung hard drive and an upgrade to Windows 11. Chris is an extremely knowledgeable computer expert who has the ability to explain problems in simple language that is easily understood.
The repair also cost 30 less than the estimate and now I have my laptop back which seems to be working better than it has ever done! I would highly recommend Chris for any computer repairs and advice. Thanks very much Chris.

My first experience working with Chris, and he was a life saver! I had issues with my work laptop, and needed it for a very busy upcoming week. First of all thank you Chris. Chris has never done work on a ps4 before and I asked if he could boost my harddrive for me for a bigger one, and he has knocked it out of the park. The price he charged was excellent and the work he has done is excellent. It saved me goin to Sony and costin hundreds of pounds. Second to None Service! Very professional and polite checked my laptop in the first instance discovered my Hard Drive needed replacing completely, re-installing necessary components and re-installing the operating system and set up, over the weekend, gave free advice for future reference, as well as accommodated me around my work schedule for me to collect my laptop after normal working hours! well done Chris my laptop is better than it was new. Being a low level computer nerd, i was skeptical in approaching anyone who was going to take control and delve inside of my laptop and make major changes to its internals. However, after a informative telephone conversation with Chris i gave in and decided to let him take control of our 10 year old faithful laptop. it needed updating from windows 7 to windows 10. Not only did Chris complete the change from 7 to 10, Chris fitted a new drive because the old one was ( beyond reasonable repair, use and dated) Chris gave me the old drive for safe keeping.
My Laptop is now like new and runs faster than when new, its now 10 years old, After 10 years. I thought i would have to buy a new laptop. Many thanks to Chris for being patient and understanding with all my non nerd questions.

Visiting family and my laptop stopped charging. Major panic, but Chris was available for me to drop it off within the hour and spent the next 24 hours fixing it and then ensuring when it ran down it continued to charge. I was delighted with the service I received from Chris. My laptop had started to run very slowly, wouldn't install the latest version of Windows 10 and had become unusable. Chris dealt with the problem quickly, saved all my data, re-installed Windows and explained exactly what he'd done. For a very reasonable fee, my laptop now runs like new.
