At Computer Service London, we offer free - no obligation - pc diagnostics and we do not charge anything for our tech advice concerning your computer problem if you bring your machine to our shop. All our services are on a no fix no fee guarantee. Our services are quicker than any other computer shop in London, example: lcd laptop screen replacement take 24-hours parts and labour, same day laptop power jack/connector repair, same day had drive replacement, same day virus scan and removal, same day data backup, same day installation, 2-3 days turning around for most parts like keyboard.

Friendly service and job done reasonably quickly (laptop keyboard replaced and additional job sorting out dryness done within a week) but poor post-job customer service. I seemed to miss a call just after collecting computer telling me to get back to the shop (possibly because of missing cover in centre of the back of the laptop?) but have not been able to get back to confirm, despite many attempts on the repairer's mobile number, and a couple on the shop's landline. Hope I will be eventually called back!

We've been using their service over the years and I can say they are fabulous. My whole family uses them too.

AVOID! THIS SHOP IS TOTALLY FRAUDULENT. I gave my laptop to be fixed following water damage, they continually asked for further costs and after 850 of costs handed me back with a now broken keyboard and non-functioning laptop. This company is totally negligent and all they will do is steal your money!

I got what I paid for without excuses in a sincere and professional way. What I like most is the way the engineer explained the whole thing to me which gave be better confidence. Thank you guys!

Poor quality job, had to send the computer again to another shop to repair as the ''engineer'' didn't do properly. Will definitely not come back. Answer to owner response: The right thing would be you fully refund me as the wifi card you installed had to be thrown away and the 99 i've paid for your services had no use at all.
