Good, professional, honest and quick service. I replaced the battery in my MacBook Pro (2017). The laptop did not power on afterwards although the display did. Dawood, the owner had my laptop fixed the next day. He explained that some chips had become dislodged/disconnected in the handling of the logic board. He had identified the issues, resolved the problem and showed me in the shop that everything was working. And gave me 3 months warranty of the work. Will use again.

I have been here 3 times for different issues and each time it was a very quick service. The owner did my work immediately as I needed my mac book pro to be able to do my work, he found the problem quickly and fixed it I had same day service and was very happy with the work he did. Hard drive failure in my HP laptop lead me to try this shop. A new drive was fitted while I waited. I was offered and purchased a HDD Case so that I can download the files from my failed drive. I felt that the advice I was given was honest, the cost was reasonable and the service friendly and immediate. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to others.

I have walked several times by this shop and decided to get my laptop finally repaired. I originally left my laptop at another computer shop which had it for nearly a week without repairing it. I then took it to the Mac Shop the same afternoon and the engineer knew instantly the issue. The battery wire needed fixing so the laptop could charge properly and as the computer was operating really slowly he wiped it and reinstalled the Windows operating system. He repaired it the same day and within a few hours, charging a fair competitive price. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Found The Computer Shop online after my laptop hard drive failed and a seemingly new one I bought online wouldn't work either. Usman was very kind and understanding and replaced my hard drive with one of the new ones in his shop and installed windows, Google chrome and all the necessary drivers in what felt like barely an hour!

Took my laptop in as the screen had turned very dark. I thought The backlight had gone. The man in the shop rang me back and told me it was just a cable that had come loose. He fixed this free of charge. Very honest and reliable company. I would definitely reccomend to others and will be coming back myself should I have any further computer problems. Thank you!!

These guys are great, highly recommended! Fixed my ancient Macbook Pro and it is now working faster than before it broke! They managed to save an important document I had been working on the day before that I hadn't backed up too. The service was quick and reasonably priced, and they were friendly and helpful.
