1 You send us a message asking for a service. That message can be from WhatsApp, iMessage, an email - whatever! 2 We recieve it and send back a message asking for images and videos alongside a description of what you want done. 3 You send it and we send you back an quote, estimate or budget subject to a site survey.
Free Gas safety certificate/ Annual boiler service is only available with annual subscription. Annual fee membership is a rolling annual subscription plan. We will automatically charge the initial payment method, unless you notify us, on the year anniversary. Should you decide to cancel, you will have up to 14 days after payment has been made for the membership to get a full refund, providing you have not used the benefits during this period. After this period has elapsed the membership fee is non-refundable.

The tradesperson who did the inspection of our gas boiler and hob came on time, did a thorough and efficient job of the inspection and was very informative. Hassle free and straight forward. Would definitely use Serviceteam again!

Fantastic service from the team. Everything was seamless and painless from booking in the job with Kate to amazing in-person customer service when Jader arrived for the job. Jader quickly found the issue and spent time explaining why it had occurred, once I understood he then quickly resolved the issue. Overall a great experience

Very happy with service team. I had my annual boiler service and a faulty tap repaired. The whole process from my initial enquiry to the actual service and repair was dealt with flawlessly in a professional, efficient and polite manner. Ramona swiftly and efficiently arranged a suitable date for the installation of my new oven, contacting me as and when required. David arrive at the time arranged and carried out the installation, letting me know what was happening step by step and informing me about the appliance. Dave was friendly, neat and tidy and I would certainly recommend his work to others.

Engineer serviced our boiler recently and did a gas safety check and I can't recommend him enough. We will definitely use Serviceteam again for our regular repairs, I can't speak highly enough. The prices they quote are also very reasonable compared to other local companies.

I definitely do not recommend. I had to put some garden cables on the wall to make it safe and ended up paying the insane amount of 340. It's just a joke how they overcharge you. Expect an engineer visiting and saying that they can't provide the service straight away of course they need another quotation and another visit. Then, job will be average and in my case they put the cables not where we discussed it but blocking the water drain. Just don't don't go for them, find a local electrician, show them pictures and explain what you want. They will do it better and cheaper.

This is quite professionally run business but after having used them twice, I would say it is not a good fit for all repair purposes. They came to my house for boiler repair. After just 30mins of review, they said that the boiler needed a part for which they sent me a separate quote. They charged 119 for their initial visit and quoted me 860 for the next repair.

The cost of 860 is 500 more expensive than what the boiler maker company is providing. Bottom line is: service team is good if your repair is a small one that probably doesnt require parts. they are professionally run, fast and will send people to your place as and when you want. But if at all repair parts are required, their business model starts becoming uneconomical and expensive - they will charge for every visit and their quotes are going to be more expensive.

I would have been better off if i had called the boiler company directly. I would not have paid 119 for just an initial visit. the part needing repair is a standard part which the boiler company engineer would be carrying in their van unlike service team engineers who probably go without parts for house visits.

Very reputable company. User-friendly website, available on short notice even between Christmas and New Year, fair/transparent/competitive pricing, excellent service. The engineer failed to turn up four times - twice without calling, and after the fourth time I still have had no explanation three days later. I also still have not received a refund for my deposit as requested.

The web site didn't work to place a request for the repairs we needed. When we phoned asking if we were doing anything wrong we got no help. So we got no discount on the Works and had to email our request. No one replied to the email so we had to chase it up by phone. After that the Works went fine. The booking took place earlier in the day than scheduled (after a phone call asking if that was fine), the Works were completed quickly and seem to be working well. Mixed bag, Works were fine but the Admin was poor.

Great service. The engineer (Jader) was running a few hours late (which they notified me about) and only arrived at 5.30. He was very calm and took proper time to work through the job thoroughly and at the end of it asked me if there was anything further he could help with despite it being past 7pm. Everyone was very polite, especially the receptionist. The technician came at 15h30 today and stayed only 15 minutes to do the annual boiler maintenance for a cost of 85 +VAT. That is a lot less time than usual. Thanks for your feedback. Service: Boiler repair

Service team were very professional in the way they dealt with a water leak at the premises. The engineer attended to the problem on the same day and identified the problem and stopped the leak. The hot water cylinder had cracked and subsequently a new cylinder was replaced by the same engineer. Jader Santos, the engineer was courteous and helpful and dealt with the issue competently.

Unreliable Unprofessional Read on. I contacted Serviceteam in November 2013 to address some electrical issues in the garden and house. Having given the office a good description of what the issues were, they did not relay this to the electrician prior to his arrival and hence he came unable to address any of the problems. He was, however, very polite and took away a list of what he would need to bring with him for the next visit and I contacted the Serviceteam office the next day to schedule this.

They said they would call back later that day. they didn't. I called the next day and they said they would call back within an hour once they had spoken with the electrician (as they had not been able to contact him). They didn't call back. I called again the next day, and at least this time they sent an email saying that they would call me back the next morning with an appointment date.

They didn't. I called them back and they said they still hadn't been able to contact the electrician but would try again and call me back within an hour. They didn't. I hope you get the message! It seems Serviceteam's business model is built on the use of contractors and they have little ability to manage these tradesmen and hence give any certainty around the reliability of service.

The only good thing from this experience was that Serviceteam did not charge me for their visit.regarding which they were over 1.5 hours late arriving (outside of the 2 hour window) and hence had inconvenienced me already, even prior to their arrival!. Disgruntled from SW4

Extremely poor service. They ask for your card details to secure an appointment and will then charge you even if the service provided is not up to scratch. The plumber they sent had no idea how to fix my immersion heater (he just turned up the thermostat and left after 10 minutes, for which I was charged 96). Don't be sucked into giving your card details like I did - you will regret it later. You have been warned.
