Excellent customer service from start to finish. During the initial email correspondence to discuss various quotes and options, they were very patient, informative and responsive to my questions. They picked up my device and delivered it back to me in great condition all fully fixed. The pick up and drop off service was very convenient. I was also very impressed that they charged me less than initially quoted because they realised they didn't need to do as much work as previously thought. I highly recommend this service and I shall make sure to come here again in future.

This company goes above and beyond when it comes to repairs, unlike some who I have dealt with in the past. When my hard drive failed i my laptop they made sure my data was safe and restored back to my new hard drive so I didn't lose anything.

My screen had a crack so they replaced it. When they delivered it back the technician hadn't even left my property before the screen started to flicker again. Later on I was accused of putting too much pressure on the new screen and they refused to pay for the replacement.

Couldn't recommend this service highly enough-they were able to quickly and efficiently solve my issue. My laptop battery was not charging properly and needed a new battery. PC world were going to take weeks to send off my laptop at great expense and then advised me as an alternative to find a new battery online and replace it myself which I didn't feel confident to do.

I couldn't even find the right battery to order. In the end Computer Repair UK ordered the battery which came in 2 days. They then came to take my laptop away and return it on the same day but the technician who came to the house said he could fix it there and then, so it was all done good as new within half an hour!

4 years ago Computer Repair installed and configured a new iMac, iPad and iPhone for me. Since then they have been my first port of call whenever something goes wrong, and usually fix things remotely, as I am now no longer London based. Last month, a strange glitch on my iPad meant I could not Write nor Publish using WordPress. I was away from home and contracted to provide copy for four weeks to a national newspaper; no one locally was able to offer advice or restore the functions.

Although Computer Repair was not able to fix the problem remotely, they offered to take an email feed from me and publish the articles themselves. A reputation saver! They will try to fix the problem once I have taken the iPad to their workshops.

Excellent service. Engineer arrived early and resolved our fairly complex problem very quickly. He also provided some useful advice for maintenance going forward. Recommended.

Highly recommend for laptop repair. My MSI GE70 would not load past the splash screen. PC world turned it away so I tried Computer Repair. They diagnosed the problem to be the Display circuit on my motherboard. Probably a manufacturing fault as the laptop is only 18 months old. Fixed within a week and very happy with the service

When the screen cracked and needed replacing on my work laptop, James collected the laptop within hours of my enquiry and returned it to me a couple of days later at a fraction of the cost I was quoted by other companies. I couldn't recommend Computer Repair UK highly enough for their efficient, friendly and professional service. When my computer hard drive crashed a few months ago, James was the only one who personally answered my call, calmly reassured me that he could help (hearing the sheer panic in my voice) and true to his word came out to me (in the depths of the Surrey countryside) within a few hours.

I was back up and running a day later. I was so impressed I have since signed up for the online cloud data back up service (for reassurance that I need never worry again about losing any data), James also has set up some accounting spreadsheets for my business and installed a new email system for me. He is always on hand to answer any ongoing queries and the support and advice has been over and above any other service I know. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone having problems with IT, you won't need to go anywhere else.

Friendly, Thorough, Quick, and Professional Service! What more can you ask for. The hard drive of my PC crashed and I needed to recover files urgently for an upcoming meeting. Computer Repair not only recovered the files but did so far quicker than our IT department could have as we are a satellite office with IT in another country. Very convenient, hassle free service. My laptop crashed on the weekend, I called on Sunday and received my feedback late night the same day. My laptop was picked up on Monday and back on Wednesday. Great service, highly recommended.
