You may, on reading this, my 3rd review, that I possibly have some 'connection' with 'Jay', my Computer Fixer, or have some 'other' motive to PRAISE this Company, but I can assure you, this is FAR from the truth. AGAIN Jay came to my Rescue. ON HOLIDAY ! when I initially contacted him with a 'problem', Said he would contact me on return, which he DID,
AND fixed my problem, Plus, Over a Week-End. Definitely 5 STAR SERVICE !!! And at an acceptable cost. BRILLIANT! You, if you have a problem, I would suggest you contact them.

I last reviewed this Company in October 2021when I had SERIOUS computer problems that Jay, (BoNess), from LGS fixed in a timely manner, at an acceptable cost. (I had never contacted this copany prior to then). Having been absolutely delighted with all that he offered in respect of, Trusting in the first place etc (please see my, Then review). Well, I had him Service/check my computer in October 2022, again delighted at the results, then, would you believe it, recently on 9th Octomer 2023!!!

I have every confidence in this Company (and obviously Jay in Particular), and would have NO HESITATION in recommending him, (the Company), to all others.

My computer had SERIOUS PROBLEM(S) and like others, I required assistance. I found Logic Computer Services to be of interest but before contacting them, I, like many others, looked up their reviews from past customers.
EVERY ONE of them gave 5 stars so I got in touch. Without a moments hesitation 'Jay' arranged to call at my house which he did that very evening! Due to his manner and procedure, I immediately had complete confidence in him and he explained clearly what he suggested was to happen.

It was necessary to take the computer away but he was in constant touch and returned a day later with it. He re-installed it and fixed MANY 'niggling' problems I had experienced ( in addition to the original major one). I was absolutely delighted with the very prompt Contact, Service, Communication, Cost and professionalism shown by LGS and Jay in particular. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company as I am confident your experience would echo mine. Computer is so fast now it almost answers before I ask it to!

I had my laptop repaired quickly, and it was ready for me to collect in a couple of days. I found the service fast and very professional. The computer is now working better than every, and I will definitely use Logic again if I ever have any problems in the future.

Ive approached Jay 3 or 4 occasions since I moved into the area with various software and hardware problems and have found him to be extremely helpful. Extremely capable and fast reliable service. Nothing is too difficult for Logic. They know what they are doing and their service is amazing.

I had my laptop collected after it was dropped down the stairs and won't work anymore. They got back to me within a few hours after completing tests. managed to recover all my photos and put onto the replacement hard drive. It was all fixed and returned to me within 24 hours

Another repair carried out fast and has saved my ass, I thought my college work that I had spent the last year on was all lost. Thanks to these guys it's now safe and they even gave me one year free online backup with livedrive!

When the motherboard on my work laptop failed a couple of days after Christmas, Jay collected the laptop and began working on it immediately. Whilst the laptop could not be saved, Jay managed to recover all of the data and even recommended a suitable replacement. Jay kept me up to date with progress despite it being the holiday period; great service!
