I decided to take my laptop to Mario after reading the reviews here and I'm so glad I did! My Macbook Air (2017) stopped working and wouldn't start up. Apple store told me the drive was broken but it turned out to be a board issue. Mario discovered the issue and fixed my laptop very quickly! I was able to pick up my laptop the next day. The communication was great throughout as well. So overall very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with their laptops.

Mario is a life saver, my HP laptop screen was not working and went to see him and just asked me to leave it, then later of the day gave me a quote to replace the screen but later he found it was a minor defect and no need to replace the screen and fixed it in no time. My earlier quote was reduced more than 50%. Mario is the best! a trustworthy computer hardware engineer.

Woke up one morning to find my MacBook's screen refusing to light up. Also needed the battery replaced. Mario was quick to respond and his service was excellent!

Mario is really friendly and he responded really quickly to my question, I came by and he helped me figure out why my PC wouldn't start. Solved the problem really quickly and didn't charge me much at all. His workshop looks great and he has a lot of tools to fix all kinds of problems I'm sure!

Computerworks did a great job for me, bringing an otherwise decent laptop that had a serious hardware problem back to life. Mario was very communicative throughout, and was able to quickly give a price for the repair and he had it ready less than 24 hours after I dropped it off with him. I'm SO glad I went here! My MacBook Air (2013) wouldn't switch on - I was pretty sure that my charger was working okay, and hadn't spilled anything on it so I was a bit lost. I chose to go to Mario at Computerworks for help because other local electronic repair businesses seemed less tailored for laptop repair specifically or seemed too pricey etc.

I was a tad bit concerned that the reviews are SO good, because it almost seemed *too* good - but Mario is just genuinely amazing! He is super professional, honest, helpful and friendly. He fixed my laptop within minutes by resetting it, and taught me how to do it myself. He also reset the sound on my laptop and showed me how to do this too, simply out of kindness.

He didn't charge me for any of this - I guess because it was a quick fix, and I am so grateful he did this for me (essentially a stranger) for free. Thank you so much for your kindness and honestly! *Editing to add that he also gave me the free advice to use an official Mac charger so that I don't fry my laptop. Great guy!

Efficient service and my laptop was ready to collect the following day. All my questions were fully answered and in a way that someone non technical like myself could understand. I certainly would recommend this small but very competent company.

I'd been experiencing severe Macbook issues so visited a repair shop and ended up having a bad experience. They returned my MacBook to me in a worse state than when I dropped it off (also charged me for the privilege and passed it on to a third party repairer). I rang around numerous places in the hopes of rectifying the issue, some even turned me away but it was Mario that was the most reassuring and felt like he genuinely understood the problem before even having seen it yet was realistic in setting my expectations.

I visited him and he was so knowledgeable it soon became clear he REALLY knew his stuff. My MacBook was in a bad way. I know others would have given up but Mario persevered and went above and beyond spending countless hours on figuring out the issue, discussing it with fellow repair experts and trying multiple fixes. He was so clear in explaining the issue and kept me in the loop every step of the way.

I've never experienced such considered customer service. If I ever have a MacBook issue in future there is only one person I will call. I have no hesitation in recommending his services. Don't waste your time going elsewhere, Mario is your man.

Mario helped me this morning on some technical issues with my email address as I thought it had gotten hacked. He did this on a very short notice and at a very fast way. He's definitely going to be me to go guy for any technical issues I may come across in the future. Thank you again Mario.

Amazing service: friendly, approachable, and generous with product specific tips and extra helpful information. After I had a google and found him online, Mario was able to look at my laptop last minute as he had a gap in his bookings. he took a look at my laptop, and straight away gave me a helpful diagnoses, which actually went in favour of going to Apple itself for a fault that would be covered by the manufacturer, so not only did he inspect my laptop and give me multiple diagnoses options, he then went on to further investigate and find the exact issue and send me away knowing I would save money on the fixing.

A true hero! I will definitely be going back for other works I need done, it is very rare to come across such honest and helpful people these days. Left feeling happy and taken aback that I had come across such a decent professional Mac fixer upper! Have already recommended him to two friends in the space of ten minutes. Had two laptops repaired with Mario. Both needed new SSD drives and one had a new fan fitted. Both were dealt with quickly and expertly. Very friendly service, good communication and a fair price.

Apart from the quick response to the job, Mario is very honest and very accommodating. My desktop was fixed very quickly, and as a bonus I purchased a laptop from him at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this lovely chap, and If I have any computer issues will definitely visit him again.

Mario worked on two computers for me, a pc and Apple. He was very professional and dealt with the issues in a timely manner. It is always a risk going to someone you don’t know to fix these sorts of issues but he did a great job for me and I have been recommending him to friends as a result.

After looking for someone fairly close but, most importantly, highly rated, I engaged Mario to diagnose the slowness on my IMac. He's now switched out the hard drive with the more powerful solid state version and what a difference!! But just as importantly was the excellent communication, fabulous responsiveness to my questions (I am not an IT expert), clear expertise and genuine niceness of the man! If anything goes wrong with any of my or my wife's computers, we'll so be going back to Mario. I can't recommend him enough.

Have been looking to update our computer for sometime. I've used Marios in the past and have always found him to be reliable, professional and probably the most tech savvy person I've ever met. Unlike other computer techs I've come across who treat you like an idiot Marios explains everything in easy to understand language and leaves you feeling content that a good job has been well done. Had a problem with my daughter's laptop, they picked it up and returned it for a fixed fee. It was returned two days later and working perfectly and at a reasonable price. The price I was quoted over the phone was the price I ended up paying. Excellent service and customer care. Very very happy. Highly recommended.

We had an issue with security on our computer for the initial call out. The service was beyond amazing. Mario, who helped us, was incredibly nice, was really fast in responding and helped us with any questions and queries we had. He checked all our accounts to remove malicious software and updated our security and gave up useful information on how to stay protected in the future. Alongside the general amazing service he also notified us on how slow our network was and personally spoke to our current network for us and upon realising that we couldn't do better with our network he took it upon himself to look into other networks that we were interested in and advise us on the best network for us in our area. We couldn't have asked for more and would use his service again with out a doubt. If you don't use him your losing out on an amazing service. Thank you Mario :)

Mario enhanced the wifi signal in my house with a booster which he kindly sourced. I now have signal throughout the house and into my garden which is a amazing on summer days.

Mario has helped us on numerous occasions fixing laptops and giving advice. There is no end to Mario's talents - he even entertained the dog doing roly-polys.

Brilliant service- Mario picked up my laptop on the same day I called and dropped it back as soon as I was available to receive it. He replaced my corrupted hard drive and transferred everything over to the new one for me.

Mario was able to pickup the PC on the same day I made the call and the following day it was fixed and retunred. Good coverage and preparation if any further issues occur as well. Would highl recommend.
