I work as an accountant for a company that manufactures jewellery. I am also responsible for the company IT. We have been using Laptopa for a number of years now. Laptopa provide a very professional Service at a very reasonable price. I would recommend any small to medium size firm to try them out.

I came across Laptopa about ten years ago after accidentally spilling a glass of wine into my laptop which held the only copy of a very important set of accounts. They arrived at my place and took the laptop apart before my eyes, cleaned it internally and diagnosed the issues as well as recovering the information from the hard drive. Later that afternoon with a new hard drive installed and backed up I was back in business.

Over the years they have always diagnosed issues promptly and effectively at a reasonable cost, be it hardware, software, PC or Mac. I have now moved out of London but I still use them as the remote support service is excellent.

My advisor Stan is very professional and they don't try to sell you hardware or software you don't need, nor try to re-invent the wheel.
