The team at Exlen spent a long time looking at my laptop. The problem was not resolved but this was expected as it's a finicky one. Excellent customer service and communications. Will be back should my electronics fail me again.

I recently had to purchase a new laptop. My existing one had come to its end. Having bought it from Exlen 7 years previously they had guven me great support throughout that time. However, they confirmed I needed to replace it. ||The recommendation was supported by information about the new machine, clearly stating the price to pay with further recommendations on various support programmes I should have. Having made the purchase they then spent time setting up the new machine, transferring data and keeping me well informed of progress and describing the odd snag they came across(each more to do with my old machine). Having received the machine I benefitted from what can only be described as their excellent after sales service. Supporting me directly, by phone or on a shared screen to help my lack of knowledge and understanding in completing the set up for my personal requirements in a speedy, very profesional and very friendly way.

Nothing was any trouble for them, even though they must be extremely busy with others. In other words I received excellent service again from Exlen and will certainly shop with them next time. Well done! and thank youi.

Been taking my gaming pc for fixing / upgrades to Exlen for the last 11 years. Cannot fault these guys - They know exactly what they are doing, and their prices are very reasonable - also the speed that they turn around your order (my pc upgrade including ordering the parts last week (feb 2022) and installing them took 2 days!) - highly highly recommended

Whatever the problem, they seem to always find the cause and with no hassle at all! got a 3080ti graphics card today and they even stayed open for me until i got there which i my add was past there closing time and they even stopped longer and fitted it or me at no extra and made sure all was okay first class service would not use any one else

When spending a lot of money on a gaming PC I need to make sure its the latest tech, built well and using quality products. Went to Exlen because of recommendations and after visiting their showroom and speaking to them clearly they have the knowledge and confidence. So i spent my money (2.5k) and omg amazing PC. Mo and the team down at Exlen did a fantastic job of running "cutting edge" extensive diagnostic tests on my PC and swiftly advised me of a course of action to take. With my PC completely rebuilt and the issues resolved it looks and runs better than new !!
