Put order through, print out the label, pack it, slap the label on it and pop-down to your local post office to ship your device over to us for free. Everything we repair is thoroughly tested by our quality control geeks, so we can guarantee your device leaves us fully working.
To provide you with the best possible service prices we aim to provide our services digitally in foreseeable future. You send it (Free-Of-Charge via any Post-Office within the UK), we fix it, you pay online and we send it back to your address. Unfortunately, we currently have no facilities to allow for walk-in pickups or deliveries. All orders are based on shipment only.

My PS4 (original model) had an issue with discs ejecting randomly. I sent off to TFix who fixed and returned to me within a few days, and kept me updated by sms during the whole process. The problem seems to be completely fixed. The process is not cheap, but its better than buying new model or having a broken useless ps4.

Sent in my Son's Switch Lite due to it not charging with any cable. After a few searches on Google I found TFix as well as others but instantly felt right at home with the TFix website layout, instructions and clear pricing. Sent the Switch off in hope that we'd get it back before Christmas. Well it arrived on the 24th looking cleaned up as well as being fixed.
It was a great service and I wish that I'd have found you sooner because I normally sell on consoles and handhelds that need repairing for spares and repairs. My much beloved PS Vita was sold when it could have been fixed. Overall it is a 5* performance right the way through. Great communications, visible pricing and a very fast and reliable service. I've had varied experiences with other repair providers in the past but Game Repair were relatively inexpensive, quick and completed good repairs on two Nintendo Switch Lites that I submitted. All very professional with messages informing me of the repair and delivery progress. I got both repaired for less than the price of one getting repaired with Nintendo. Highly recommended.

We had our PS4 repaired by TFix and it was very easy. They sent us a label to print out, either a free 48hr Royal Mail service or next day Parcel Force which is expensive but I went for. The following day we were contacted, TFix sent a list of what was wrong and gave a price. I confirmed we were happy and paid for the repairs. They sent us another text and email when it was on its way back to us.
The whole process took 5 working days, I personally think that's very good. No hassle and great communication. Some people may flinch at the costs of a repair, but considering the price of a refurbished console these days, it represents real value for money. I'd definitely use TFix again.

This service is brilliant, I'll be a loyal new customer from order number one! The website is excellent, very simple to use, and clearly takes you through the stages of the repair. You get a generous amount of time to send in your device (and helpful reminders that it's still to send). The complete repair is the best value for money, they check and fix everything and even clean the inside and out too for a set price. Great communication through email and phone, was constantly kept updated throughout the process. Highly recommend to send special delivery as TFix will return the same delivery option. My experience only took 3 days to complete and I was back to gaming straight away.
Also they didn't need to wipe the storage to fix it either. Highly recommend using this service as it is the easiest and best available I have found in the UK. No hassle, stress free service.

I’m really pleased with the service that we received from the Game Repair centre. The communication policy is fantastic, they kept us informed of the status of our repair at every stage, from receipt, assessment, whether we were Ina queue for a service and onto completion. When I sent a query it was answered really quickly, and was instantly resolved. The whole thing was dead easy, and reasonably priced. One happy customer

I cannot give enough praise for the professionalism and speed that I experienced here! Ordered service for Mavic Pro camera replacement and when my drone was repaired later (the same day!!!), they were friendly, informative and very helpful. My drone was better than new! Although I hope I don't crash my Mavic again, if I do I know I will be in good hands with Tfix!!!

I thought my laptop had 'died' on me, someone said to try TFix before buying a new one. I am so glad I listened! Within 2 working days it was repaired at very low cost. Its like a brand new device. I live in France and looked for professional company to get my PS4 hdmi port replaced. Found TFix online and decided to use them, however, the problem was they were in London. So, during my holidays at my cousin's house near London I took my PS4 with me and went to TFix for a repair. I brought my console in the morning and it was repaired late in the afternoon. Extremely happy with a service, thank you!

Left an iphone 5 with them due to temperature issue, which they said they fixed by replacing screen (which they scratched) and battery, but after taking the phone back 3 times they gave our money back as the phone would now not charge correctly and the microphone is not working correctly, so in a nutshell got a phone backin a worse state than I left it, they refuse to help any further and advised "Some times these things happen" and "We gave you the money back its not our problem". I would avoid this place.

I had a really good service. Crashed my mavic pro 8 days before a planned overseas shoot. Others were quoting 10 day- 3 week lead times. TFix site showed. Lear pricing structure with images of probably damage options and prices. They repaired the complete gimbal, vibration board, flex ribbon and a cracked arm and couriered it back to me within 5 days. Repair was all good and prices very fair. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I can not recommend this company enough. After my Sons £550 Graphics card stopped working we had all but written it off. We contacted Tfix and it cost us £16 each way for insured courier (You can drop off if local) and £99 to fix. It was collected and returned within 3 working days. Tfix kept us updated all the way through about repairs and couriers.
Its now working fine and I have a happy Son again. A very fast, reasonable, professional friendly company that saved me a fortune. I will not hesitate to use them again if required.

Took my broken graphics card in for repair at about 2pm Monday, received a text at 10am on Tuesday that the job was complete and ready to be picked up. Have put the card back in my computer and it's working perfectly again. They've saved me a great deal of expense and with an under 24 hour turnaround, can't recommend highly enough.
