Custom PC Builds
We design high-performance custom PCs tailored to gaming and graphics-intensive applications. Using the latest AMD Ryzen or Intel processors, 16GB+ RAM, and NVME SSD storage, our systems deliver reliability and power. Each build includes a 12-month warranty and localised aftersales support. Our engineers consult on component selection to match your specific requirements.
Data Recovery
We recover data from damaged HDDs with tiered pricing based on complexity. Services range from simple transfers (50) to forensic recovery (250+) for severely damaged drives. Mechanical failures require specialist external recovery (from 550). We prioritise photo/video recovery and provide progress updates throughout the process.
Remote Support
Our technicians resolve software issues via remote sessions using Windows Quick Assist or third-party tools. Priced at 25 per half-hour, this service covers diagnostics, malware removal, and system optimisation. We guide users through connection setup and provide immediate troubleshooting without device collection.
Business IT Support
We offer onsite repairs, periodic maintenance, and cloud solutions for small businesses. Services include Office 365 implementation, network vulnerability scanning, and cybersecurity training. Do you support Apple devices?
We currently only support Windows-based PCs and laptops. Apple devices and gaming consoles are outside our service scope.
What areas do you cover?
We operate across Kent within a 15-mile radius of Maidstone. Call-out fees apply for distances beyond 3 miles.
How long do repairs take?
Most repairs complete within 1-2 working days. Collected devices typically have a 24-hour turnaround for standard issues.
Can I supply my own PC components?
Yes, we can install user-supplied components in custom builds or upgrades. Our engineers ensure compatibility and proper installation.
Do you offer warranties?
All custom PCs include a 12-month parts and labour warranty. Repair work is guaranteed with no hidden rework charges.

After a major windows update my computer stopped doing updates & disabled windows defender. James had to reload Windows 10 again as the C drive was corrupted. He took the computer away & brought it back the next day. Reconnected all the peripherals & I was up & running again. It nice to know some one who is reliable that you can call on

James arrived promptly and unfortunately had to pronounce my PC dead. He then recommended a replacement PC and took me to our local PC World to make a purchase. Arriving back home, James set up the PC, recovered much of my system from Microsoft online and from my backup disks, leaving me with a fully operational machine. James was professional and friendly throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend him, or to use his services in the future.
