I tried a windows reset following some computer slowing and malfunction. The reset caused more problems and made it unusable so I took it to Techrescue. Liam identified the problem and gave a very detailed written report of the problem and repair options and costs. He then repaired it very quickly and for a less than expected cost. He kept me informed at all stages of the repair. He provided an excellent service which I would definitely use again.

Took my laptop in yesterday as it had had an error and the screen had glitched, and then it wasn't booting up at all. I've got it back this afternoon and it's working perfectly.
Techrescue explained the problem to me and gave me the option of getting it back fixed but with a lower RAM (as it turned out to be a faulty stick of RAM) at a lower price, or if I'd like the faulty part replaced, which I opted for. Overall a great experience with this company - great communication, reasonable price for their time and skills, and excellent turn-around time. Would recommend.

When my all-in-one computer became very noisy and so slow it was almost unusable, I thought I would have to bin it. Techrescue did a good repair for another job sometime ago so I took it to them to have a look. I got an email next day saying that if they could get a bearing from China they would then upgrade the operating system then transfer all my stuff. I agreed and I now have the computer back and it is like new. Great service and an excellent company to deal with.

My 2012 MacBook Pro failed to start up (flashing folder on screen). TechRescue quickly established that the hard drive was OK but its SATA cable had failed. Replacement fitted promptly and working machine back within 72 hours. Professional service with frequent updates from Liam on the repair. A reasonable price too. Couldn't be better. Many thanks.

After purchasing a brand new PC and having to return it to manufacturer due to an issue with restarting every time I tried to launch something. It was returned to myself after "repair", with exact same issue. Took it to techrescue who resolved the issue within a few hours. Brilliant prices and excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Battery on my iPhone 6 finally decided it had held its last charge, so i saw Techrescue had been given good reviews, gave them a phone before popping in by, and an hour later (as promised) i was relieved to see my phone was holding a charge again. The guys at Techrescue gave me a diagnostics quote and then a no data recovered, no cost option. Less than a week later i had all my data recovered on to another hard drive and they were much cheaper than i thought. I am delighted with there service. Have used Tech Rescue a couple of times this year as I've had issues with a couple of laptops and they've been great each time. Really quick on getting back to you so you always know what's going on. Last week had a work laptop refuse to connect to any WiFi network and they got it fixed and back to me within 24 hours. Was a massive relief, especially at this time of year! They also have a neat online invoicing portal. As a sole trader, computer repairs are obviously an expense and it's easy to print off the invoices for my accountant from the portal.

The guys at Techrescue did a fantastic job in repairing a broken socket on my new laptop. Not only did they manage to source a somewhat obscure replacement socket, they dismantled the old and had it working within 7x days, I'd hate to think of the costs or timescales in going back to the original equipment builder (ASUS). Really first class and can't recommend them highly enough.

This was my first time using Techrescue and I was really impressed with the service provided. I had stupidly locked myself out of my laptop while trying to remove malware and was incredibly stressed. Found the company via a google search and when I called and spoke to Liam, he was extremely helpful in running me through the issue and providing advice. I was able to bring the laptop in almost immediately via a scheduled app, social distancing was followed and safety procedures for Corona, whereby I phoned once there and put the laptop in a plastic lid outside the door.
My laptop was looked at the on the following day and inside of 48 hrs I had it back fixed. Invoicing system and pick up was very efficient and I was given advice on my laptop that I felt was informed and useful. Would not hesitate to recommend & use again.

My husband and I called into the shop today with a laptop query . A first visit for us. We are not very computer savvy.
Liam could not have been more helpful and gave us the guidance and reassurance we needed. The problem seemed less dire than we had anticipated . He must have spend 15 minutes with us and would not take payment as he felt we were on the right track prior to coming into the shop. He told us to return if any further problems.

I was in real trouble. The night before I had to appear as an expert witness my laptop just 'died'. I took it to TechRescue Aberdeen, and they fixed it that morning and even kindly delivered it to my hotel in time for me to use it. Fantastic, friendly efficient service! Highly recommended.
