I had a very frustrating intermittant fault with the Microsoft Surface laptop I depend on for my work. Adept dealt with the fault rapidly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I work from home and when my Printer/Scanner suddenly failed to link to my computer I had an emergency. Within a short time after the first contact Adept-it solutions had the problem fixed. With one short call taking over my computer remotely they fixed the problem. Wonderful service I cannot praise them enough and their bill was much smaller than expected. So Hats off to them!

They simply put the wrong memory in my laptop as an upgrade. I got a blue screen everytime it booted from cold on completion so i took it back. I was told it would take ages to find out the cause when I dropped it off. Why did I go away feeling like it was my fault. And I got charged again for the correct memory another 2 weeks later. I hated the whole experience. It made me anxious. They are the experts

You know? I networked for 3 years and thought what was the point? Then I remembered some of the people I networked with. Instead, Adept checked all the hardware and found an issue with the hard drive. They replaced it with a new solid state drive and now, even though I run processor hungry software such as Adobe Lightroom, it runs like a dream. Thank you Greg and the team at Adept for saving me money and providing such a professional, fast and efficient service.

Adept IT Solutions migrated our law firm seamlessly to the Cloud. Our locally stored files and applications were migrated to O365 along with our emails from G-suite, meaning we now have a unified system that is secure and fully backed up. Staff now have the flexibility to work in the office and from home with full access to files, emails and applications.

Adept IT Solutions solved my two problems swiftly and efficiently. One was transferring data from a 'dead' computer to my new Windows-based desktop. The other was to regain access to my PC when it mysteriously didn't accept my entry password. The Adept IT team are friendly and helpful. The cost was very reasonable. The fact that you can drop off the equipment which needs repairing at two locations, one in south City and one in North City is an added convenience. I strongly recommend Adept IT Solutions!

My desk top PC, which ran Windows 8, failed to boot up and continually went in to Auto Repair mode. As I had not backed up my data lately, I did not want to loose this by reloading Windows 8. Adept IT promptly and at a reasonable price, removed and saved the data and reloaded all my applications and the data. My PC was reinstalled in my home and has since worked ok. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adept IT Solutions.

I had two, high-end spec. Dell laptops (including an ancient, but well-cared for, XPS M1730) both of which had seemingly lost all graphics capability and had been sitting gathering dust for several months. My Internet search for a local (i.E. Norwich) company with the capability to repair them turned up Adept IT Solutions and I decided to give them a try. They very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems affecting the two machines (one being software-related; the other involving the replacement of a defective screen inverter) and in both cases, the cost was under 100 - which I thought was quite reasonable. Will certainly use them again in the future!
