I completely knackered my laptop - unable to boot it or reinstall. Was very quickly and efficiently sorted and even put in my user name and password so that it all seemed like nothing had even gone wrong. Changes were double checked with me to make sure that they didn't have an adverse effect, which was a nice touch. Computer works brilliantly now - way better than before. Very happy with the professional service.
