Went to ageek this morning as smashed my iPhone 12 screen. Nothing was too much trouble! One of the staff travelled to Sheffield to pick a screen up as they didn't have one in stock. Picked my phone back up at 3:30 today! Excellent service! Would definitely recommend!

AGeek - the definition of the word 'geek' is a nerd or drip - well they are neither. They are true professionals doing a damn fine job of excellence in customer service. They sorted my battery problem out promptly and got me fixed up with the exact correct charger, not like the one that I was sold for profit and not service. aGeek were recommended to me and what a fantastic recommendation. Word of mouth speaks volumes.

I've used aGeek for many years now and the fact I continue to do so is testament to the quality of the service they provide. My latest venture saw me purchase a reconditioned computer just before Christmas 2021. There was no hard sell just an offer to contact them if I needed any help or advice, something I have taken them up on and, as ever, they have been extremely helpful (and patient!). Ageek is a really good fix it shop for electrical clobber. I have had more screens repaired, more phones brought back to life that had been dropped in water and plenty of data recovered from old hard drives with them and I'm very grateful. They are great at communicating and the are always prompt when you need them to be. I have used other shops that were fine, but I always come back to Ageek.

Having spilt a whole glass of water over my laptop, I feared the worst. However, the team at a Geek were able to repair and restore it to its original condition, to the extent that it now looks like a new purchase. The cost of the repairs worked out as much cheaper than buying a new laptop, so I am very satisfied with the result. When I returned home, I was unable to access my Wifi, but they also sorted this out for me, including some new updates and made no charges for this extra work on my behalf.
The customer service is excellent and all the staff I met were friendly and helpful. I will certainly continue to use a geek with full confidence if I ever have problems with my laptop, iPad or i Phone and fully recommend them.

PC hard drive decided to give up the ghost so gave aGeek a quick call to get a cost to switch to SSD. The price was very reasonable so booked it in. Got a call a couple of days later to advise that there were another couple of things which would help future performance so had those done as well. Really pleased with the updates and service, so much so that I've booked the granddaughter's tablet in for repair. Cannot recommend highly enough. These will be my go to people in future for all repairs and peripherals.

Riyad was very clear and friendly with his advice and the charging process transparent. I was informed all the way through the repair using email, but when i needed to call them it was easy to get through. The Watch unfortunately was looking to be too expensive to repair so they made a good offer on a refurbished item which we took them up on. Great service and will definitely return back.

I cant praise aGeek enough. Bryn and Nathan were so helpful. I initially called them as I am not tech savvy and needed to visit their base on West Bars. They were very nformative. The staff at AGeek went above and beyond to help me. The levels of customer service I received were second to none. I am 74 and not all that IT literate. Ive had an I phone 6se 5 years from new. Recently Ive found myself constantly having to charge the battery. A friend of mine said take it down to Ageek. So I did. Replaced the battery for me, talked to me in language I could understand and were thoroughly efficient throughout. Saved me the hassle and expense of a new phone. So if youve an IT problem Ill pass on my friends advice to you..... take it to Geek on Westbars.

It was the first time I have used A Geek and they were amazing. They were extremely helpful and friendly and helped me choose all the best components for my PC. After a software update, I was locked out of my Ipad pro. I depend on this for all of my communications as I am disabled. I can normally solve this myself, but not this time. My iPad was taken in to Ageek, at 11am this morning, and was back with me, working, at about 1pm. It was also fully intact, where I had been told by others that I would lose all of my settings etc. I cannot recommend enough this excellent service, quick, efficient, reasonable charges and great communication. I will definitely use again if needed.

I enquired about a printer from aGeek and was impressed with the level of service I received from the team. Bryn who served me, advised me which printer would suit me best for working from home. He was polite and helpful and answered all my questions. I purchased a reasonably priced printer, and was given good information on how to set it up correctly. I left with the knowledge I could ring the shop if I had any difficulties. I would definitely use these again and they are 100% covid safe

All of the staff are friendly and informative and keep you updated on the progress of the work. They are honest about the cost etc and I feel like they are genuine and hardworking. I had my laptop screen replaced and if I need any future work done I wont hesitate to use them again

Absolutely amazing service and value every single time! I've used the team at aGeek for many years now and each time they have delivered. I run a small business which means me and the team need complete support almost continuously. Their knowledge and guidance with our computer systems has probably been the main reason for our success. I was in a rush as another repair place in chesterfield had messed up my iPad and blamed me for the screen lifting. I came to you guys who were pretty busy at the time and the young man I spoke to took it in the back and as a good will gesture refitted the screen for me. I bought one of the UAG cases and so far so good. Dropped it a couple of times on the showroom floor and it's holding up. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!

Phoned yesterday for a quote on a hard drive transfer and took it in today. Not realising they needed my whole unit I paid for pickup and delivery back. (This was around 1pm) Really cheap price seeing as it was picked up within the hour. I was told it could take 2-3 days, I was happy with that. Not only had they done an amazingly quick transfer of my HDD, they cleaned my unit, fixed my case so it was safer for me to use (I've had to jack it to fit my graphics card in until I get a new case) and stabilised my graphics card so it won't break before I'm able to upgrade my case and delivered it back to me once they closed up the shop for the day!! Less than 6 hour turn around for a very cheap price (I was thinking it would be hundreds).
Thank you guys! You've got a customer for life. I'll be coming to you guys for my new case and pc upgrades for me and the kids, plus repairs on our tech if the need ever arises! Recommend to everyone in the local area for all of your tech needs.
