Have your own server from J499, get all those files in one place and make them secure and safe.
You need to look no further for help at home or in the office. We are computer specialists. We have a vast experience over many years working with major IT specialists and international companies on hardware repairs, software resolutions, troubleshooting and training. We are based in Stoney Stanton, just south of Leicester, and can offer honest, reliable assistance at competitive rates within the Leicestershire area.
I was born and raised in Leicestershire. After taking my Business Degree I worked in the retail sector before retraining for the world of computers and IT. For more than ten years I worked for well known IT and international companies including Fujitsu, Marks & Spencer, Alliance and Leicester, British Midland Airways, Reuters etc.
Not big enough to be able to afford your own computer specialist or IT technician. Well now you can. If you are looking to solve one off problems or require service on a regular basis, then we can arrange something to suit every budget.
For businesses that have their data scattered around a host of PC's in the office and on laptops, you are at risk of loosing data or making it hard to find. There are a host of cheap NAS (Network Attached Storage Devices) devices on the market that are small and compact and use little power. Using the Maxtor Central Axis you can share all your files and printers across your existing network. For more comprehensive systems you could use the QNAP network storage devices, which have built in fault tolerance and web services included.
From problems with software or hardware, Internet connections, backing up files, reloading windows, wireless networks, lost data or it may be just an upgrade you're after, we can help. We won't recommend or sell you something you don't need. With competitive prices of 25/hour and no call out fee for the local area, look no further for an honest and reliable service at your home. There will be a small additional cost for calls outside the local area.

Bought a gaming PC from them recently, helpful with quotes etc and a reasonable price.

Unfortunately the build is only...... Adequate at best, wiring neatness etc. average

On arrival only one RAM stick RGB works, tried Reseating it myself and it works intermittently, RGB connection to the GPU also flickers. Despite checking if all the RGB would be controllable as one, it isn't..... Have to use a different program to force colours onto some. This should have been sorted before dispatch.

RAM was running at 4800 MHz not 6000.

None as the hard drive mounting screws etc were sent so had to purchase these separately.

Essentially paid for a professional build that I could have just done myself to the same standard, nowhere near as well put together as a previous PC from elsewhere, probably should have shopped there!

They have offered to connect remotely and try and fix it but it's a bit late! Lives under the desk now not on it....

Direct Computers have handled IT matters for me for some while, setting up new equipment, upgrades, and maintenance. They are reliable and flexible for visits.

I have used Direct Computers on several occasions and find them reliable, efficient and very reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend them for home and business use.

would happily recommend Neil to assist with computer problems in business. Neil responded quickly, located the problem and fixed it with out any disruption to the business. His advice has also prevented further problems occurring.
